“Delicious from start to finish. We ordered the Caesar Salad, Burrata, Meatballs, Pork Belly, and tiramisu, and everything was excellent—well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The meatballs were especially memorable, and the tiramisu was the perfect way to end the meal. Add a little burrata to a bite of the meatballs for a perfect bite.
The wine selection complemented the food beautifully. They were also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation time, which we appreciated.
Service struck the right balance—attentive without being overbearing. Claudia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped make the experience even better.

“I first tried Pizzana when I was taken out for my 21st birthday a couple months ago. After realizing I couldn’t eat much anymore, a lot of alternatives made me nervous. But Pizzana’s vegan, gluten-free pizza was something I genuinely couldn’t stop thinking about.
Yesterday, I decided to order it online. I messed up my order and tried to fix it through Uber Eats, but the wrong one had already been sent out. Shortly after, Pizzana called me back and took care of everything with me. They were patient, kind, and incredibly compassionate.

“This place is amazing! 🥹 The family who owns it really gives you the feeling that you’re part of their family. ❤️ They create a warm and welcoming environment and the food is just incredible! I was shocked to find out that they use organic products as well, this is so rare to find nowadays. Living in Italy for many years I’ve struggled to find a pizzeria that matches the pizza I was used to eating. Every pizza I have eaten outside of Italy usually results in disappointment and left over dry crust. With this pizza I am left with happiness and the crust is just WOW, I crave more. Their khachapuri is the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share living in Glendale) and they have incredible salads (caprese really brings me back to Italy) and sandwiches (turkey is my go to) as well. “The perfect pizza in LA DOES exist. I’m constantly impressed by the quality here, and trust me, I am the number one pizza snob. The traditional Sicilian square slice has perfectly caramelized edges and is still so airy inside. The focaccia base is insanely light and fresh, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients and put love in every pie. Honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been spectacular, no notes. It’s truly now a Los Feliz neighborhood classic. I also love that they have specials running, so definitely check out their Instagram. “Great spot for authentic Italian dishes and chill atmosphere. It’s been a neighborhood delight for nearly twenty years. Penne vodka is addictive.“

“Their homemade Marinara Sauce, you can really taste the tomato and NO Tomato Paste is used to make it. The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“

The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!“
