Full disclosure: I'm a transplanted New Yorker and I have found the pizza experience in LA disappointing. However...Fernanda's is not bad. Not bad at all. Got some oil drip, folds easily. A little thicker crust would add to the experience but I'm not complaining. I'll go back.
Honestly this suprised me, i went later in the night, the place was empty and it isnt the nicest looking, but looking nice has nothing to do with pizza. This is the closest thing to NY pizza in California i have had so far, now a set of standards i had pizza by the slice and it had been sitting awhile, they slapped it in the oven for a minute or so to warm it back up and it was amazing, there was no flop when folded, a nice crisp bottom but not burnt, a soft cheese pull but a...read full review

Definitely tough finding good pizza places in LA originally being from New York, but I do think Fernanda's goes on my list of the better ones worth trying. Super fresh and nicely thin sliced pizza. The gentleman who helped me was also very kind and made it easy to order. NOTE: The store itself is a bit hidden in the parking lot so I've attached a photo to help locate it.
