I went to a pizza restaurant called Quarter sheets Pizza @quartersheets in Echo Park. I arrived around 5:15pm in the evening and there was already a huge line, so I waited an hour to eat my long-awaited pizza, and it was blew my mind and the best pizza I’ve ever had! The dough was both crispy and fluffy, the taste and quantity were exquisite, it was very very delicious, and the service from the staff was also excellent. Thick crust with tons of flavor, with a crispy initial crunch then a soft chewy bread party with lots of air bubbles and oil. Toppings are fabulous. A few vegetarian options exist. The cakes, cream pies, and cookies are equally special. This is a memorable pizza place that you'll talk about for weeks and think about for the rest of the year. $6-8 per smallish 6 inch square slice -- two is typical.
