I’m a New Yorker who worked for years in a pizzeria, I take my pizza seriously. Elio’s is real pizza! The ingredients, flavor, and variety are why I can’t visit LA without stopping to grab a pie.
The pizza is made fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff is very nice and the vines are here. Unfortunately no seating but not a problem at all to stand and hang out with their delicious bottled drinks.
Elio’s is a great spot when you’re craving real wood-fired pizza. The crust had that perfect balance of being crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy inside, and the slight smoky flavor from the oven made a huge difference.
The ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizzas felt thoughtfully made rather than rushed. I also liked that the menu offers a good variety of options without being overwhelming.
