“To the person who made the delivery order at 3:26PM today, thank you so much for putting love into the pizza. It was exactly how I liked it when I ask for light cheese. The dough and crust were perfect to the ratio of my protein, olives, sauce and cheese. The pizza was cooked beautifully and I don’t say that a lot about fast food pizza joints. I can tell whoever made this is having a good day and made it with love. Thank you for caring!“

“The pizza was to die for — we had the margarita pizza — thin crust and sauce delicious. We had the artichoke burrata appetizer which was delicious too. The area where the restaurant is located is very cool. Enjoyable all the way around.“

“This is the best Neapolitan style pizza I’ve had in LA. I went right when the restaurant opened so I didn’t need a reservation, but I would recommend making one. The servers were attentive with their water refills. The bar seating is the best seat in the house because you get to watch the chefs make the pizza right in front of you. It is pretty cramped and hot in there, however, but it doesn’t distract from the food.

I got the Cesar and Tricolore salads and they were both cold and fresh. The Cesar had a strong anchovy flavor which I loved but the croutons were just alright. The Tricolore was light with a good acidity but could use a bit more salt to balance out the meal.

For pizza, I got the Bismarck and one of the specials which was a Lamb Sausage pie, and they both surprised me. The Bismarck tasted phenomenal. You are immediately hit with the funk of the Parmesan cheese that really cuts through the runny egg. The prosciutto melts in your mouth and the basil adds great freshness to a fatty and rich pizza. The Lamb Sausage pizza was packed with delicious spices, it tasted like lamb curry on pizza; so it tased amazing. The sausage was smoky and spicy. The sauce was creamy and paired well with the heat from the meat but the raw shallot was a bit distracting.

However, on both pizzas, I do think the toppings could have been distributed better. There is only one egg on the Bismarck so the first bite is all yolk and then that’s it. It would have been better if there were three eggs distributed around the pie instead of one at the center. The Lamb Sausage had some slices that had a lot of meat and no tomato’s while others were the opposite.

The pizza dough is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The chew is incredible and there is some stretch and pull when you bite into it. The crust is so fluffy and has great char. If I had to make a comparison, it is similar to naan bread with its flavors and mochi with its texture.

Pizzeria Sei is some of the best pizza I’ve tried in LA and I would absolutely go back.

Parking: There is a paid parking lot across the streets and the rates are pretty good.“

“I never leave reviews but something has come over me. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the neighborhood in a while. It had a very calm and inviting atmosphere, while the staff was right on point the whole time. We ordered two pizzas and both were amazing!! The restaurant was impressive on all fronts; food, atmosphere, great service, and again, it was run extremely well. Truly can’t believe it took me so long to try it, but I will definitely be coming back again.“

“I had the Maséhati pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The ingredients were so fresh, and the flavors were incredible. The warm aroma of basil pesto paired perfectly with the savory and flavorful prosciutto topping. The ricotta cheese was soft, creamy, and just downright delicious. On top of that, the owner was super friendly and welcoming. This is hands down the best pizza spot in LA. If you’re craving pizza, you have to try this place!“

“Fpund this place on my way home from a concert, I was looking for a late night bite and this place did not disappoint. The prices are amazing. The quality is top notch some of the most delicious pizza I’ve had in LA. This will be my new late night pizza, it was really really good! The ricotta cheese was mouthwatering!“

“Ordered: gluten free pizza with added giardiniera and side of chili paste, Market Salad, and shaved ice with fruit The salad had very fresh greens and it was the first time I’ve ever had fried capers which added a great flavor to the salad, if you like capers I recommend this salad. The pizza was very interesting, I thought the crust was very well done but the toppings didn’t stay on well and it was messier than I’d like and I had to keep re-piling the toppings on after every bite. I had the spicy giardiniera but it also didn’t stay on, the chili paste was great to layer on it and then press the giardiniera onto it to help keep everything in place. The pizza was sweeter than I like a pizza which is where the chili paste and giardiniera helped. Very beautiful pizza, try it for yourself, might be your style, not mine though, I’d eat it again and would keep this as a recommendation when I have a group of vegans and non vegans. The vegan desert they had was shaved ice with fruit, it had coconut and maybe coconut cream at the base of it and there was lemon flavoring in the ice which made it very tart and exciting, the cherries were a nice sweet contrast, I really enjoyed it, I did not get a chance to photograph it because I ate it before I remembered. We sat outside under a pergola with small trees and plants. The staff were friendly and helpful.“

Other pizza spots have been ruined for me as this one is reminiscent of the pizzerias I used to enjoy in Brooklyn & Manhattan. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza, but everything I've had so far has been absolutely amazing. Wonderful service and unbelievably great music. We do wish for two things though. We love traditional full-bodied reds by the glass. They are hard to come by. “We were in town from Palm Springs for the day and went to Little Goat after finding it online. One of the best spur of the moment stops ever - we absolutely loved the pizza and the service was phenomenal, super sweet server. We ordered two pizzas - margarita and the chef’s special apple/walnut/kale/caramelized onion/goat cheese. They were both amazing! We eat a lot of pizza and definitely have a new top favorite. Outdoor seating has both stellar views and people watching; there is a cute patisserie down the street that’s an amazing desert stop for the perfect date night; we will definitely stop by next time we are in town! We will try the house made panna cotta next time. :) Highly recommend checking them out!“

“My family and I are not the biggest fan of pizza. However we decided to order some pizza, but from a place we've never tried. Pizza Cafe LA came up on google as one of the closest places with quite good reviews, so I decided to try and ordered to pick up. (My orders were ready on time!)

I ordered two large pizzas with chicken wings.
Pizzas were very nice. All of us enjoyed every slice of it.
AND chicken wings! Honey BBQ and buffalo flavors. They were so crispy and the best of all, I LOVED the ranch? they gave to us. I don't think I ever enjoyed the dipping sauce that much in my life.

“Hands down one the best pizza and for sure one of the BEST pastas in Los Angeles. I've tried almost all their pasta, from their bolognese to the Penne Vodka. They are all great. I normally order 2 dishes just for myself.
Best flavors you can't find any were else. There's no comparison to their pizza and the quality ingredients and toppings. I was raised in NY/NJ, so I'm very picky on pizza. I only have a few spots that I would ever recommend and Proper is on top!“

After a crazy night of delivery service fails, dropped drivers, unreachable Chow Now representatives, more delays, and remade orders, Kevan drove our order over themselves. It was a late Valentine dinner, not what we expected at all, but Pizzana made good on their end of the delivery and the food was great. “The portion of the pizza was very large. We were both very hungry. We ordered a medium portion and worried that it would not be enough. When the pizza was ready, I was shocked. Never seen such a big pizza. The taste is also decent and I am very satisfied.“
