“The Palm and the Pine is one of my favorite bars in Los Angeles. From the moment I first walked in I was welcomed with open arms. EVERYONE is so friendly and the vibe is always great. And they have a great happy hour that lasts until 8pm. I love all the bartenders but my favorites are Ben and Jose. They are always SO incredibly attentive, gracious and full of personality. The type of bartenders that give you a glass of water even when you didn’t ask. This is definitely my “Cheers” bar here in Hollywood. And when there are big games on it’s ALWAYS a great time!”

The customer service is always great and welcoming.
Even when it’s been very active and busy - the members greet the incoming customers/guests - every time and acknowledge.

Both shifts (not sure if there are multiple shifts or not )
are very solid and consistent!
Have to give edge to the night shift cooks / chefs though.
Not sure of the shifts and no complaints at all. Definitely noticeable and my lady enjoys the meals from the night a bit more she says.

“Wasn’t that easy to find (although it could be that we were visiting from Australia) we had to ask someone walking on the street who let us know it was inside the Equinox. Service was warm and friendly. We were all craving an acai bowl (with PB of course ☺️) and this place did not disappoint. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic to show how great it looked.”

“I've visited another location and decided to grab lunch. Got the Matt Cane with only lettuce as far as the veggies. This sandwich is delicious. The flavors all meld together. I was worried the Godfather sauce would be overpowering but it wasn't. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions which they took the time to answer. Got the combo with soda and Zappa's Bayou Blackened Ranch chips. Not blown away with this particular flavor, not sure what I expected.”
