“What a friendly and hospitable breakfast place in the Loews Hollywood hotel. We were looked after by Lilly and what a sweetheart she is. Made us feel like we were in her home and looked after us like we were 5 stars. So much appreciated. Will be back for the service and morning sunshine views!”

The customer service is always great and welcoming.
Even when it’s been very active and busy - the members greet the incoming customers/guests - every time and acknowledge.

Both shifts (not sure if there are multiple shifts or not )
are very solid and consistent!
Have to give edge to the night shift cooks / chefs though.
Not sure of the shifts and no complaints at all. Definitely noticeable and my lady enjoys the meals from the night a bit more she says.

“Loved my experience at Cafe de Leche. We stopped here before going to our show at the Hollywood Bowl. Got the iced Horchata con Espresso with oat milk and my wife and I both loved it. Great location to relax and enjoy a great beverage in Hollywood right off the Walk of Fame.”

“Wasn’t that easy to find (although it could be that we were visiting from Australia) we had to ask someone walking on the street who let us know it was inside the Equinox. Service was warm and friendly. We were all craving an acai bowl (with PB of course ☺️) and this place did not disappoint. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic to show how great it looked.”

“I've visited another location and decided to grab lunch. Got the Matt Cane with only lettuce as far as the veggies. This sandwich is delicious. The flavors all meld together. I was worried the Godfather sauce would be overpowering but it wasn't. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions which they took the time to answer. Got the combo with soda and Zappa's Bayou Blackened Ranch chips. Not blown away with this particular flavor, not sure what I expected.”
