“One of the nicer restaurants at Universal City Walk. They just came out with several new menu items including the double patty smasburger and the tuna poke bowl.

The decor is beautiful and the restaurant is spacious and the staff was really attentive and helpful. We plan to come back very soon.

“Today my husband and I try the Firehouse subs in universal City Walk for the very first time we usually go to the one in North Hollywood but please try the grilled chicken sub and The corned beef subs absolutely delicious thank you for your hospitality being so kind and friendly”

“One of the best slices of New York pizza I’ve ever had . Only problem was that my daughter’s pasta came out super late . We had already finished our slices of pizzas . So we decided to order another round so she doesn’t feel left out . Problem is that it’s HOTTER inside than it is outside . So it becomes uncomfortable with the oven heat . Started sweating and abandoned our food . Everyone else has their ac . Hmmm”

“Superb poke. I have visited this place twice, once right around the time it opened, and then within the past few weeks (where I ordered the Uncle Sharkii bowl, which was well worth the extra few bucks). Both times the food was top-notch and among the best poke I’ve had. While the automated ordering was a bit impersonal, it’s a small price to pay if it means this place stays in business. I can’t speak for other people’s experiences, but I think the overall rating should be way higher than it is. It’s a go-to place for me whenever I’m at CityWalk for the movies, etc”

“At first, I wasn’t expecting much from this spot. But once I got there. I thought why not, live a little?
So I decided to try the Marge Simpson inspired twisted cinnamon pretzel and it completely blew me away. It was so flavorful and delicious that I ended up getting a second one… and I didn’t regret it at all.”

“Great for gluten-free options. The yogurt flavors are clearly labeled for gluten content, and many are gluten-free. Unfortunately, the toppings aren’t marked the same way, but there’s still a good variety of fresh fruit options available.”

“Stay away from this hotel! Our experience in one of their rooms left me sick and completely ruined our trip. The room reeked of mold and dust, had poor ventilation, and severely affected my health. It made my breathing difficult, worsened my allergies, and caused lung issues. I spent nights coughing, congested, and unable to sleep. We couldn't adjust the air or heat because the forced air smelled strongly of mold and mildew, leaving us either too cold or too hot. To add to the discomfort, the windows were covered in condensation. I felt sick and exhausted the entire time we were in that room, and it only got worse as time went on. But it wasn't just about the room. We were in town for a comedy festival, excited to attend shows featuring top headliners. However, our anticipation turned into disappointment. I fell ill during the first show, had to leave one early, and missed two entirely. Unfortunately, the tickets were non-transferable with no refunds, resulting in a significant waste of money and missed opportunities for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Choosing this Hilton seemed logical, being one of the closest hotels to the main venue. However, we were shocked by the low quality of the room, especially considering it was on the executive floor. Although they moved us to a slightly better room on the last day to salvage some sleep before our departure, it was too little, too late. Our entire trip had already been ruined. While most of the hotel staff provided excellent service in the restaurant, at the door, and front desk, the poor quality of the room's environment was not their fault. The only issue we had was with the decision to assign us that room initially, the delay in moving us, and the lack of a refund for the entire stay. We ended up losing both money and experiences due to the room making me sick. Beware! You never know if you'll get a decent room or a sickening one at this hotel @hiltonuniversal”
