“The Three Broomsticks is a wonderful place to visit inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. From the outside, it may not immediately look like a typical restaurant, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is truly unique and magical. The interior design, lighting, details, and overall feeling make you feel like you are really inside the Harry Potter universe. It is a great spot to take a break, enjoy the themed environment, and fully experience the charm of Hogsmeade. Definitely one of the most memorable places in the park.”

“I came here for dinner with my family and we all had a fab experience with both the service and food. I’m coeliac and had questions about the menu and whether one of the dishes could be augmented to be gluten free. Our server, Bill, and the chef, Damian, were extremely helpful and gave me full confidence that my meal would be safe. I had an ahi poke bowl with a few minor tweaks. The bowl was gorgeous, fresh and very tasty! I really appreciated their care and the quality of the dish. Most of my family had burgers and were all raving about them.”

“OMG this place was literally so good I can't stop thinking about it! My fiance and I came to Universal Studios on June 3rd for the pass member takeover and we stopped by here before we went in. The girls that were working were super friendly especially when I had a question about the sauce and what they recommended. The price was great, the people were great, and the food was great. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fresh bite to eat that doesn't leave you feeling bloated!”

“At first, I wasn’t expecting much from this spot. But once I got there. I thought why not, live a little?
So I decided to try the Marge Simpson inspired twisted cinnamon pretzel and it completely blew me away. It was so flavorful and delicious that I ended up getting a second one… and I didn’t regret it at all.”

“Stay away from this hotel! Our experience in one of their rooms left me sick and completely ruined our trip. The room reeked of mold and dust, had poor ventilation, and severely affected my health. It made my breathing difficult, worsened my allergies, and caused lung issues. I spent nights coughing, congested, and unable to sleep. We couldn't adjust the air or heat because the forced air smelled strongly of mold and mildew, leaving us either too cold or too hot. To add to the discomfort, the windows were covered in condensation. I felt sick and exhausted the entire time we were in that room, and it only got worse as time went on. But it wasn't just about the room. We were in town for a comedy festival, excited to attend shows featuring top headliners. However, our anticipation turned into disappointment. I fell ill during the first show, had to leave one early, and missed two entirely. Unfortunately, the tickets were non-transferable with no refunds, resulting in a significant waste of money and missed opportunities for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Choosing this Hilton seemed logical, being one of the closest hotels to the main venue. However, we were shocked by the low quality of the room, especially considering it was on the executive floor. Although they moved us to a slightly better room on the last day to salvage some sleep before our departure, it was too little, too late. Our entire trip had already been ruined. While most of the hotel staff provided excellent service in the restaurant, at the door, and front desk, the poor quality of the room's environment was not their fault. The only issue we had was with the decision to assign us that room initially, the delay in moving us, and the lack of a refund for the entire stay. We ended up losing both money and experiences due to the room making me sick. Beware! You never know if you'll get a decent room or a sickening one at this hotel @hiltonuniversal”
