Cafe Sierra | Seafood Buffet offers a large seafood selection with crabs, shrimps, clams, scallops, and oysters. The king crab legs keep coming, served hot, and lobster is handed out like it is no big deal. However, the lobster can be very tough or have a weird fishy taste. Lamb chops are Divine. The prime rib, duck, and sushi are also good. Dessert selection is amazing, but some find desserts disappointing, with a weird tasting Creme Brûlée and dry cake pieces. The champagne keeps coming, and mimosas taste great. Service is excellent, with fantastic, friendly, attentive staff, though some find the help unfriendly. The dining room has a no frills, fun, cruise ship buffet vibe, but the chairs and carpet are old and outdated. The food is not the special it used to be for some, but for others it is a seafood paradise. A first timer enjoyed the baked salmon w/Lemon Burre or butter sauce & Lemon Capers, lobster thermidor, and cold cocktail shrimp. The Fondue and a surprise Happy Anniversary cake were perfectly delicious.
