Carl's Jr. offers a generally positive dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the polite service from employees like Xiomara and Erica, who are described as friendly, respectful, and efficient. The restaurant is noted for being clean and providing warm food, with some mentioning their favorite meal, the famous star. Although there are occasional delays, such as a 20-minute wait or a missing burger patty, staff members handle these situations quickly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive-through service is also praised, with staff displaying friendliness and a big smile. However, some customers have encountered less pleasant experiences, including a disruptive individual in the bathroom, which affected their enjoyment.
