It’s rated as high end buffet restaurant in the Hilton’s hotel in universal city, first time there. I could say it’s very good but not cheap. Large variety of sea food from lobsters to crabs to big salad bar, and of course fresh oysters.$85 on Saturday night. The atmosphere was good and the service was great.

The price was very nice they had a good riders the food was good a lot of good selections

I invited some friends and family to enjoy Christmas dinner at this restaurant (8 people), I was recommended for a sister that celebrates her Christmas parties in this place (company). When we arrived the electricity was down. Hot food was cold and very limited, not a variety, paella was the worst of all, precooked rice tasted terrible and cold! Can you imagine?… cold foods like shrimp, crab and mussels were not tasty, they were ether salty, taffy and some other dry. Salads and sashimi were okay, sushi simple and boring. Service was okay average, like going to any simple buffet, not the type of service you expect for $200 dls tip. Desert area was okay, again limited to things that did not require electricity. Total paid $1,509… $139 per person, I’m sorry to say it, but not worthy. My sister said that it was “bad luck” due to electricity shortage, but I do not want to try this place again, I rather pay $139 dls for one single meal at any other delicious restaurant, than come back to this place. Do your research before coming, you might not like it and ended up spending the same for a better place with yummy food . We got a discount for parking, from $20 to $13.50… they should have offer a discount on the terrible food that should have been hot and was served completely cold.

Absolutely love Cafe Sierra!! I took my mom as a treat and she LOVED it! We are huge crab leg fans so we went there first. Very clean and plentiful. The chef is more than welcome to steam the crabs if you like. The level of variety in food makes Cafe Sierra strong. If you love seafood like oysters, crabs, mussels, and lobster...this is best option for bang for your buck. For the folks that lile the general food like pizza , chicken tenders etc its here for you. My sushi folks will have a nice selection. For my sweet tooths, have no fear there is a donu bar, cake desert bar, chocolate fondue station and an ice cream & crepe station. Im mean this place has everything and its FRESHSTAFF: Great hospitality, everyone is welcoming and friendly. There is also musical performances. Not sure if that's a holiday thing or everything brunch time but no complaints over here. Very classy vibe which anyone can appreciateParking can be validated, remember to do that! Overall, I recommend 5 out of 5!Parking: Validated. ~13 after validation

$119 price was a bit too high. It s/b about $90-100

The price of the buffet is too much for little selection of food. Limited selection for vegetarian customer.

I think it was over price fir the food they serving. Not to much variation to por on thay

It’s too pricey to pay for a brunch buffet, nothing extraordinary food or cuisine.

They are back! They are back with a vengeance!! Los Angeles best brunch is back. The best seafood place in the world is right here Unlimited crab legs, lobster claws, super fantastic variety of other foods made fresh. Prime rib, turkey freshly made desserts, and the best staff. Especially the girls at the front desk and the matre’de Hotel Mr. Thomas is very nice and knowledgeable

Way over price at $139 per person. Didn't find out till the bill came. It used to be $85. That was due able

When we booked it more than a month ago, we were expected it to be a seafood buffet. And Hilton Universal used to have seafood buffet every Saturday. However, we only found out it had cancelled and changed it to a regular buffet after we were being served. Of course, we were very disappointed about the situation.

Overall food was not enough to be charged $69. Over priced. I ordered seafood tower with extra charges but the seafood was not fresh and compare to the price the amount was too little. Over priced again.

The Thanksgiving buffet at Cafe Sierra was wonderful. There was a huge variety of food choices. The setting was nice in the atrium. The servers were working hard. My only complaint is the price. It was very expensive. The price includes unlimited beer and wine, but we don't drink. I wish they would have a less expensive price for people who are not having alcohol.

It was the special Thanksgiving dinner. All you can eat buffet. Food was okay I guess. But it was way overpriced ($120/p) Service was good however.

OpenTable Diner

Food was not up to par. Not even real food. Also. This was a thanksgiving occasion. And no pumpkin pie. ! What was that all about ? And then you have to pay extra for the seafood platter. ? And here’s the final straw. We paid an extra $225 for the seafood , and the shrimp that they provided in the platter was half the size of what was being served on the regular buffet. ! What was that all about. ? I don’t believe that any of those in attendance would ever come back again. We waited for a long time to come back there only to be severely disappointed. Never again.
