Austin was awesome! Very accommodating and made the experience much better for us. Our niece is full of energy and had the best time on the trampolines and slides, she got tired enough to take a long nap afterwards. All the crew members go above and beyond! 10/10 for sure
Great food (with coupons even better) clean, safe, friendly staff.

Chuck E. Cheese is a restaurant and arcade that caters to families with kids. The restaurant features a trampoline, although there is an extra charge to use it. The atmosphere is loud and colorful with an animatronic band, and the restaurant can accommodate multiple parties at once. The birthday entertainment is for all the parties.
The restaurant has a system of play cards that can be used for games and can be reloaded with more credits. At the end of the visit, the cards can be used to redeem prizes, such as lollipops or toys.
The staff, including the Chuck E. Cheese costume character, are friendly and interact well with the kids. The costume character will come out for the birthday song and take pictures with the kids.
The food is tasty, with options like pizza and hot dog spaghetti. The restaurant also offers good service, and the parties are awesome for all kids. However, some customers have noted that the front gate can have long queues, and the game machine variety could be improved. Additionally, the service and food quality can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting rude staff and subpar fries.
Overall, Chuck E. Cheese remains a great place for families with kids, providing a fun and engaging atmosphere with a variety of activities and entertainment.
