“This could easily be a 5 star location. I'll start with the things that drop it. But honestly, they are so small. Atmosphere, the main spot has it all, the side patio is still comfy but it feels segregated. The food is soo good, its just a few bucks over the average and would be the best if the same rate. There is a valet, but otherwise you have to find street parking. The chicken and waffles was the best. They paired up beautifully with taste. Couldn't tell you which was better. The servers and hostess are very friendly. Make you feel at home.“

“I'm a big rock and heavy metal fan and instantly fell in love with this place. The music, the pictures of some of my favorite artists and Lemmy's Lounge! I definitely recommend their pizzas 🍕 and The Hollywood Sunset 🥃 I'll definitely be back one day. 🍻🤟🏽🎸“

“Okay so this place was at one point a bikini bar (and maybe still is?), but was recently taken over by the chef from Il Pastaio. The food is certainly better than one should reasonably expect from a dive bar, although you have to ask for the old menu if you want risotto with scallops, housemade tagliatelli, etc. Personally I find the combination of a white tablecloth and neon lights adds a frisson of dynamic tension to my meal, ymmv“

“UBG is the best place for great food and drinks and the best music scene around town. The owner Greg and the entire staff are awesome. It is homey but also Hollywood flavor! So many great events here. Any day of the week you can be sure to find something cool happening here. My band Bonnie Brae has made it a home away from home and just LIVE it here. So much great live music and variety! Comedy-jams-original music-you name it it all happens here.“

“I’m (almost) speechless. My daughter and I had a celebration of life trip at the Hollywood Bowl. She wanted to see a concert that her mother had promised to take her to. It became my promise to keep. When I saw the back yard restaurant listed at the venue, I knew I wanted to add that experience. They did not disappoint! The food was perfect and the service even better. They did something for us completely unexpected and it truly touched my heart. We traveled thousands of miles to get there, but I’m sure we will return. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to enjoy the backyard. “Went here yesterday and honestly had such a good time. The vibe was on point, the music was great, and the staff was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Drinks were well made and came out quick, which I always appreciate. It felt like the perfect spot to relax, have fun, and actually enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to friends. 🍸✨“

“The Greyhound Bar is my all time favorite local, neighborhood bar! The drinks are fantastic and the food is delicious! Literally the best “bar food” in LA! All the bartenders are friendly and make it a very welcoming place to hangout. I love running into the regulars here. The owner is also very cool, friendly and welcoming! They always accommodate my modified order of the Greyhound Burger into the best vegetarian version, I have yet to find a better vegetarian cheeseburger in LA. Also, the best and raddest bartender here is Iliana, beautiful inside and out! Highly recommend this place. Especially if you want to catch a game here or just get a great burger and drink!“

“We went to Noe for New Years Eve. The decorations were really beautiful inside and outside of the restaurant. The food was good. We did not want to order off of the New Years Eve menu, and the manager Paul facilitated ordering from a special menu that had been in use the previous week. My husband and I both had filet mignon, it was very good. My husband also added scallops. The service was great. We left the restaurant area and sat just outside the restaurant to wait for mid night and to watch the New Years celebrations on TV and the wait staff brought us champagne, hats and horns. It was a very nice experience.“
