We didn’t have a reservation, but the entire team worked together to get us seated and order food quickly. Our dinner was delicious and we didn’t miss a minute of the show. We are grateful!
We came to Hollywood Bowl for Joe Hisaishi sold-out concert. I made reservation at this restaurant via OpenTable for 6:45pm and it was not busy at all. It's a wonderful sanctuary from all the crowd downstairs. We were seated right away and it has the cool vibe, at on an open but shaded terrace area. Since we had a heavy lunch we ordered small bites: the bread (7/10), blue crab tostadas (8/10) and summer squash (9/10) with a tall glass of pilsner. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a mix of low and high tables. The mac and cheese, topped with crispy breadcrumbs, is a favorite, and the shishito peppers with avocado cream are highly praised.
