Okay so this place was at one point a bikini bar (and maybe still is?), but was recently taken over by the chef from Il Pastaio. The food is certainly better than one should reasonably expect from a dive bar, although you have to ask for the old menu if you want risotto with scallops, housemade tagliatelli, etc. Personally I find the combination of a white tablecloth and neon lights adds a frisson of dynamic tension to my meal, ymmv
“Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere, drinks, and overall experience were amazing. Stevie, the manager, went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in making everyone feel welcome. Great service like that is hard to find. Based on the reviews, Bambino's EOLA Restaurant & Bar is a unique spot that was at one point a bikini bar, recently taken over by the chef from Il Pastaio. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, with more of a bar vibe and a full bar, giving it a fun, lively energy. The food is absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Everything comes out fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked perfectly. The drinks are on point too. The service is very good, with friendly and attentive staff. A manager went above and beyond, providing some of the best customer service. The chef/owner personally took the time to make things right when there was a small hiccup. The bar closes at 2am. Specific meals include risotto with scallops, housemade tagliatelli, and mushrooms soup with truffles. There is parking in the rear. It is a perfect spot for a date night, dinner with friends, or a family outing. Guests also enjoy comedy nights and karaoke night, with a DJ playing throwbacks from the 80s and up.
