“Being honest I haven't always gotten the best service here. BUT I often order online and pickup. A few times I've been saddened when I get home because I haven't gotten what I ordered. I understand the special notes/requests get missed BUT TODAY there was a most fabulous person working and she read my notes. My husband is an adult child like most husbands... he wants spinach on his sandwich but god forbid it's welted he will discard the whole sandwich. Whoever was there this morning double toasted AND separated the spinach on the side just like I asked. I work in the service industry and I understand how easy it is to miss those small but to the customer a very important things. I really appreciated her and I hope this gets back to her. “Simple, decent sandwiches. Customer service seemed okay nothing wrong bad like the old review says. Small store with seating available. The sandwich I got was a blt, nothing fancy and was made good. Busy for lunch hours but line moves quickly as possible.“
“Let me start by saying I LOVE subway and eat at many of their restaurants all over LA and other parts of CA and I have NEVER felt the desire to leave a review until my visit today. I’m actually disappointed with myself that I didn’t let the lady know how wonderful she was before we left. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was Caucasian, with strawberry blonde curly hair and probably in her late 40’s. She was A prime example of what customer service and care for a customers experience should look like. Took a photo of the sandwiches because they were actual pieces of art. I love how they have the sandwiches open in the baskets when you dine in. She was very sweet and always made sure you got exactly what you wanted in your sandwich and athlete how you wanted it made. Her attention to detail was so appreciated. She didn’t chunk up the avocado and Lisa brown ugly avocado on the sandwich like I usually experience. She sliced it nicely and made sure it was spread out evenly across the whole sandwich so that you got a taste of it on every bite. She even cut off all the brown parts instead of putting it on the sandwich. She was so pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 experience!“
“Great service, I know this is going to sound crazy but in a world where people don't want to work now these people are working late and made me the best subway sandwich I've had since the last time I visited here. These people alway take care of me when everyone else is closed, and they do it with quality, also rare in this day. I will be going back tomorrow night to make site they get a larger tip than the 4 I have tonight. Thank you.“
“I think subway is 100 times better when they make it in front of you and you eat it right away vs when you order online and have it delivered. My #10 was perfect. Make sure you tell them not toasted at the beginning because they almost auto toasted it.. the owner (tall dude) was out making sandwiches, and helping his staff. That was great. Nice job subway!“
“As always subway has exceed my expectations I'm service they created an absolutely amazing atmosphere and made it so I was able to eat extremely comfortably, the food was okay not revolutionary but it was a sandwich and it's subway your not supposed to be getting high class cuisine but the ingredients where extremely fresh like cutting an avacado in front of me so it was an enjoyable experience will come here again“

It is one of the most important prerequisites for tasting a delicious sandwich. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I will go there again and recommend to many.“
