“I ordered the cauliflower dish to go. The portion size was decent and the taste was fine however, I had requested no bag or utensils. When I got there, they had used an extra large bag for one small container. I carefully removed the staples so that there was no damage to the bag and it could be reused. However, the server said they could not reuse the bag and just threw it in the trash. Extremely wasteful and unnecessary and untrue.“

“I've been to many burger spots in my life, but I've never had a burger as good as the Chef Burger from Burger Bun. I'm talking perfectly seasoned beef, and delicious (but not overpowering) burger sauce, crisp vegetables, and the brioche bun is spectacular. There's no burger in Glendale that even comes close. The wings are also some of the best I've ever had and the homemade sauces are so, so tasty. The fries are perfect, and they have amazing milkshakes too. To top it all off, the service is ridiculously good, and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in town.“

They just added spanakopita made somewhere else; wondering if it's sourced from the same place C&K got it. I didn't get it this time. It's hard to beat my homemade. I ordered the beef/lamb gyro. By the time I added on the fries and drink, I should have ordered the gyro plate instead. Oh well, next time.

“To be honest, Luna Grill was somewhere in the middle for me. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I also didn’t leave feeling particularly impressed. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick, which I always appreciate.

The food was decent and tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out. Everything was prepared well enough, yet I never had that moment where I thought, “I can’t wait to order this again.” The portions were reasonable, the ingredients seemed good quality, and the menu offers plenty of healthy options, especially if you’re looking for Mediterranean food.

What makes this a difficult review is that there wasn’t anything wrong with my visit. The meal was perfectly acceptable, and I can understand why many people enjoy this place. At the same time, with so many restaurants in Los Angeles competing for attention, it’s hard for me to say that Luna Grill would be my first choice.

Overall, it’s a solid restaurant that does a lot of things right. If you’re in the area and want a quick Mediterranean meal, it’s worth trying. My experience was neither disappointing nor memorable—just a decent meal served by friendly people in a comfortable environment.“

So I'll list favorites..feta fries..greek salad Chicken Shawarma..grilled chicken.. Gyro ..Chicken & Beef Kabob.. cakamari... rice .. seasoned fries..of course HUMMUS .garlic fries..a few paninis. “I have a ritual to eat a chicken pesto sandwich with an energy drink here every time I close a deal. It's the most authentic Greek Food I've had in the City. It's the same kind of food that I was raised on so to me it's a comfort food and a reward.“

We ordered the machaca burrito, a large menudo, and a torta for our baby. They were incredibly accommodating and customized the torta exactly how he wanted it, egg with ham, and he absolutely loved it, which says a lot because he’s a picky eater. The menudo was delicious, and I appreciated that you can order it with or without hominy.

The machaca burrito was so good my husband inhaled it in under 60 seconds. The staff was super attentive and kept the coffee coming, which made the experience even better.

The whole place feels very homey, like being transported straight to Mexico. We’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.“

The place is located in a a cute little building (missed it on the first drive-by) with a mini garden to sit outside at one of four tables. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, cleanly presented. Now, if you are curious enough about my "rating scheme", here's "the moment of truth. I am a music photographer who travels the world with the worlds greatest musical talents (Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Rolling Stones or Rammstein, to name a few) for almost 40 years. When being asked "where do you live" I tended to ask "in hotels". At my peak, I "shot" 250 shows a year. Will say: been there, saw and tasted it, and a lot, as I may say and much to the dismay of my doctor who is in my back to lose a few pounds. Quite a few, as I may add, which is why my wife and I walk ten thousand steps per day, where- and whenever we can - and explore a lot of new exciting places - places you may oversee when just driving by. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked how people use their "power of word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all time favourite​ restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French​ place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers​ boxed to take home? As a dog owner,​ I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "you give over-salted food to your dog? Anyone with a bit of brain understands this is a horrible idea...​ I hope you agree. So If I had the say on this portal, I would offer just to see ratings of my friends. So I would see what the ratings were by like-minded people. Sadly, I have no say. I try not to compare apples with oranges. A place like this simply does not compare to "The Ritz". At first,​ I assume that a restaurant is clean, they do not greet you with a gun - and they deliver whatever they promise. I do not give stars for things that are expected. In my rating scheme, three or more stars are awarded if they actually exceeded my expectation. Four, if I am sure I will come back. To achieve five stars, I must be willing to take a detour of thirty minutes or more to go again. Again, thank you for reading this.“

“It had been a while since I’ve been to this place. Visited frequently a while back, but it’s been a few years.

Came back again today and was not disappointed. Same flavor and quality that I was used to. I got the combo plate that comes with steak kebab, chicken, kebab, and Lula kebab. It also has rice, french fries, hummus, pita bread, and a salad.

As soon as you walk in, you feel that home feeling and you can tell everything is made with love. A husband wife combo run the joint and cook some amazing food.
