We ordered the machaca burrito, a large menudo, and a torta for our baby. They were incredibly accommodating and customized the torta exactly how he wanted it, egg with ham, and he absolutely loved it, which says a lot because he’s a picky eater. The menudo was delicious, and I appreciated that you can order it with or without hominy.

The machaca burrito was so good my husband inhaled it in under 60 seconds. The staff was super attentive and kept the coffee coming, which made the experience even better.

The whole place feels very homey, like being transported straight to Mexico. We’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.“

“Astro Burger is a classic family restaurant located on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. They have been serving quality food for almost 50 years. The fresh burgers and spicy chicken sandwiches here are amazing. There are also great Greek salads and rice puddings for those looking for something a little healthier or different. I was impressed by the friendly service of the staff and the classic American vibe of the restaurant. This is one of the best places in Hollywood in terms of quality and price.“
