“Without a doubt, this is the best Mediterranean restaurant in Yorba Linda. We’ve tried several, and this is the only one that always tastes fresh. The meat is not greasy, the restaurant is always clean, and the service is great. The lamb and the salad are the best! We go twice a week and 100% recommend it.“

“We got the chicken pita and beef/lamb pita. The pita was really soft and warm. Everything else was sauced/seasoned very well. Definitely coming back for the food.
Cashier was super helpful and attentive. Seating area is kept clean and tidy.“

“Food was decent but was disappointed to find some bacon in one of my burritos 10 years ago I would have thought it was a good bonus but I've been vegetarian for 10 years so it was a bummer and the burritos were a little small but over all everything I ordered was good“

From the moment you see the Greek-inspired storefront, you know you’re in for a Mediterranean feast. I went with the gyro bowl, loaded with tender gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and plenty of feta. The combination of savory meat, fresh vegetables, salty olives, and creamy feta made every bite packed with flavor.
The gyro pita was another standout. Warm, soft pita wrapped around flavorful gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, onions, and creamy tzatziki. It’s messy in the best possible way—and exactly what you want from a good gyro! 🤤
And then there are the Greek fries. Crispy, golden, and seasoned with herbs, feta, and other Mediterranean flavors, they were the perfect side and honestly hard to stop eating.

Nick the Greek delivers big flavors, satisfying portions, fresh ingredients, and plenty of variety. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pita, building a bowl, or sharing some Greek fries, there’s something here for everyone.
The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect 5 is that there’s always a little room for improvement—but this meal came pretty close! 🇬🇷❤️

“Still can taste the garlic! Glad we shared- Gyro salad was good, should have ordered meat on it veggies were only ok Nick’s fries were yummy Chicken was cooked just right They walked around with a sampler of their yogurt and baklava dessert- little sour but interesting. “The food is okay to good. Their chicken and all their food ingredients seemed like they were made fresh. I liked the Ranch dressing for their salad and chicken with rice... I ordered the gyro meal with the Chicken option last month.
Why I took away a star is because of the presentation. I ordered it to-go, and they put it in this small brown carton with no dividers! Like come on!“

“First time here 6/2026.
We had the beef/lamb pita (it is a combo of meats so if you want just beef that won't be the case, and the falafel pita, which is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. This pita only had 3 falafels in it, most other Mediterranean or Greek places give at least 6. Both were served in a flatbread NOT a pita, so they shouldn't call them pita sandwiches. Both came with fries that were good. Place was clean and tidy.“

“CLEANEST RESTAURANT EVER- AMAZING FOOD. Thank you, Chris, and the rest of the lovely staff, for the freshest meal I've had all week! I had a Medi Bowl with Falafel!!! I can taste every ingredient and the freshness of the veggies! I Am enamoured by the interior as well. I definitely want to return with a few friends so we can try your amazing beer selection. I have no problem recommending this restaurant to ANYONE. Everything can be made vegetarian here. The Hummus. The hummus is made in the back. They add real ingredients and it tastes so good. My favorite thing about the whole place is friendly vibe. Thank you, Spitz for a truly well executed and 100% friendly experience. I hope to return soon“

“What a gem of a restaurant, the quality is clear the second you see the food. The taste is fresh and the bowls are so colorful and nutritious. Great value for the generous portions also. Top not service- my go to restaurant for lunch! Also Rotisserie Chicken is great to pick up for dinner and take home to my family!“

“It's my first time eating at Nick the Greek, La Mirada and I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality and customer service. I was greeted by George and he was patient enough to explain the menu and recommend the chicken pita and rice plate which was savory and generously served. One thing I look for in an establishment is the cleanliness of their restroom and I can say this location has one of the cleanest restrooms Ive been to. I also recommend the greek yogurt dessert. The girl at the register was also very sweet and greeted kindly. I forgot to ask her name. I went there around 2 pm on a Thursday and it was semi busy and my order took about 10 minutes to be ready. Will come back again when I am in the area.“
