“Fine dining in an open and casual setting overlooking Burbank with a view of Los Angeles as well. This place makes you want to dress to impress and then delivers amazing apps and entrees worthy of the price tag. This is for special occasions or a relaxing weeknight depending on your budget.Top notch and attentive, friendly, and prompt service!Truly an impressive experience.“
“2 Drinks and 2 appetizers, $69!My porter (beer) was very good and my wife's cocktail (cant remember) was also good.We ordered buffalo wings and Sliders (with fries). The truffle (upcharge) fries were very very good, and the wings were pretty good too, but I have to say the sliders seemed rather bland. Its like they demanded ketchup or something, and that is not going to happen for me.The staff was super friendly, but that's a LOT of money to sit at a bar and get so little.I can see coming in to get a couple beers in the future, but I don't see myself eating here even occasionally.“
“I come here often, and it never disappoints! But today’s service and food was extra special. Ari, was absolutely incredible and the best server I’ve had at this location. I will be coming back on Sundays! She’s a rockstar!!! GREAT JOB outback!Parking: Plenty of parking!!“
“Everything was fine. The food was delicious as usual. The only thing that really bothered us was the stuff who was approaching our table every 5 minutes asking if we were done with our food for them to take the plates away. Kind of annoying.“
“In a city full of big name and high profile steakhouses, this one is the BEST. I've been multiple times but am highlighting last night's food selections. Starters included pork belly empanadas, a burrata dish with imported heirloom tomatoes and finally, scallops resting in some sort of creamy sauce made and sent from heaven. We ordered three cuts of steak for our party of five to share: 2.5 lbs of ribeye cap, a New York strip and a skirt steak. All cooked and seasoned perfectly. Sides included sautéed spinach, creamed corn and fries. Accompanied by multiple red Argentine wines, selected by their expert. The service is exceptional, as is the food. For passionate meat eaters, it's simply perfection.“
“Great Halal option, great atmosphere. Loved the garlic beef. My only concern and this is shared among all Brazilian restaurants is the variety of meat that gets served to your table. We kept getting the same kind of meat and the high end stuff doesn't make it to your table until you ask for it more than once. We didn't get lamb chops till the end while we were almost full, while kept getting sirloin like 5-6 times! Aside from that the grilled pineapple is amazing.“
“I had the best time at cut. The food was incredible. The service was prompt and friendly. Chef Drew dropped off some of our food and he was awesome. They are doing everything right. My steak was cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was to die for. Me and my date could not of had a better time!!!“
“Highly recommend ! Had my bday celebration and the experience was immaculate. From the manager greeting then checking in multiple times, to the incredible dishes. Seafood was super fresh. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Thank you for having us !“
“Our first time to this beautiful restaurant . We tried the tasting menu! WOW was it amazing. Loved learning about the wines. Had the featured drink of the week by Finn. loved it. It was garnished with a petite flower. My only regret is I got full and couldn't eat it all. Thank you to Matt our server for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. The lobster pie was so creamy and delicious. The steak was so flavorful and tender.“
“My wife is Korean, and we have dined in all the top Korean places in Los Angeles and Seoul for over 20 years. AB Steak delivers high end versions of traditional Korean classics. The quality of the meat is superior to that of most Korean restaurants, from the melt in your mouth A5 like kkotsal to the marinated short ribs. The egg “soufflé” gyeranjjim has a light cheese sauce and more flavor than typical. Moving perfectly cooked medium rare meat from the grill to a cast iron warmer keeps the meat warm while preventing over cooking is a great idea. Service is capable and friendly.“
“Wow. H&H is truly an experience that any steak lover should have. We ordered the buffet, and the cuts and various steaks we ate were delicious and cooked to its ideal grade. The servers were polite and attentive. You really get your moneys worth here.“
“The atmosphere was nice and the waiter was very kind. When I was having trouble calling a taxi on my way home because we didn't speak the same language, the waiter used his cell phone to call a taxi for me and took me outside the restaurant. Thank you very much for coming and guiding me to a taxi.“
“This is my first time trying Korean-Latin cuisine, which is so delicious! The owner suggested ordering the kalbi cheese fries which I'm glad that I ordered it! I got the rock combination plate and double cheeseburger as well! They have a self serve salad bar near the front which is convenient! The staff here so very friendly and it was a little empty at that time we came in so they were able to help us out! I loved how they put the posters around the store!“
“Jane was such an excellent server. She's a real pro. Very friendly, with pleasant conversation. .. I would have given the food 5 stars except for the side dishes. I happen to love hash browns, and these were not up to minimal standards. They seemed to be left over from the previous shift - cold and stale. In addition, $14 should bring a sharable portion for two. We received an average sized portion for one. Suggestion for the chef: Go to Joe's Stone Crab in South Beach and replicate their hash browns. Seriously. Your guests will appreciate it. The broccoli might have been steamed for 60-90 seconds, and therefore was barely cooked. C'mon. I know The Grill on The Alley can do better.“
“Food was great, server was amazing, little bit on a small size so if u come late you will have to wait. Only complaint would be meat being not enough salty but thats personal preferenc, so your milage may very. Will def come back... oh n price is good.Parking: Right next to the building“
“Clean, contemporary decor making space to enjoy and focus on the main event: great cuts of steak prepared to perfection. Staff is welcoming and attentive, taking pride in their work and food. Great choices of sides, cuts and seafood options. Close to concert halls, Nick + Stef's is the best choice for dinning prior to catching a show in DTLA.“
“Hidden Diamond!!! I barely found out about Damon's about 6 months ago and we have been here 3 times. Family loves the atmosphere, the food, the amazing drinks, and the fish tank! Great place to go to just forget you are in a busy city and just unwind with some great food and drinks. The BBQ brisket and pulled pork combo is one of the best I have ever had. The steaks and coconut shrimp are equally amazing. That house salad is so refreshing!“
“Excellent food, killer place and awesome neighborhood. would be 5 stars but think I had rookie staff with bad attitude. Not an elitist but but a bit more staff training would be welcome. Bar / Drinks fantastic, Girlfriend's Prime Rib was like butter and my Rib Eye (I do not say this lightly) was better than I could cook. I will always eat at Taylor's.“
“Wanted to come on here and show some love for an awesome night. I love a place that is exactly what it’s meant to be. To me, Tam offers a historical story, great food, and casual high end service. Amaya was personable and the rest of our wait staff were attentive but not overly so. They allowed my friends and I to enjoy our meal from start to finish. Prince Charles was juicy with good flavor. The spinach was seasoned and not too creamy. You must get the brisket on with the gravy fries. The drink selection was top tier with a good selection of beers, spirits, and creations. Honestly everything I’d want a Scottish establishment to be.“
“Great place to eat specially on a date night service is phenomenal, I definitely recommend that you book, at least a week in advance. I am not gonna complain about the prices, because what would you expect from a celebrity restaurant in Beverly Hills ? Overall amazing place.“
“What can I say a 5 star experience, from the food to the staff, to the live music have been to some of the other so-called fine dining establishments, none can compare to this Jewel of a spot..definitely one of the best eating experiences I have had since moving to the West coast, our waiter...I believe his name was Steve should be an instructor in the fine art of Food service, personable as well as engaging, as was the Maitre'd...who looked like a classic Hollywood leading man...all around wonderful evening, we will definitely be returning ?“
“This was a birthday surprise for a person in our 4 Adult/ 2 children party. As expected, we were seated rather quickly because we had reservations & arrived when we said we would. Our server was extremely professional & handled our drinks & appetizers. One of the grandchildren is always a little disengaged but she knew what to bring him.The restaurant is beautiful.I've eaten in some very elaborate locations. This place didn't disappoint. They make the salad in front of you. I requested vineger & oil so mine was separated from the rest before they completed it.My wife loved her shrimp cocktail, I had the shrimp "poppers"....Our orders for the Entrees were taken, we had our "beverages" refilled. Judging from the what I was seeing at other tables, I was anticipating a quality meal. When the time came, rolling out the "slabs of meat" & carving the cuts is something I always enjoy watching. My selection "medium rare" was perfect. The spicy horseradish was delicious. The children were extremely happy & satisfied. (How often can you say that?)My wife was smiling the biggest smile - something every husband loves to see. (Her daughter & son-in-law were happy to share her birthday with her)We ordered a birthday dessert for my wife. (complimentary)We added a very large large ice cream with chocolate syrup for the rest of us to dig into.(we did quietly & rapidly "sing"/ whisper "Happy Birthday" because it didn't seem appropriate to be boisterous)Everyone was full. There were leftovers. In case you're wondering "is it expensive"?Well, it's not Chuck E Cheese. You get what you pay for.“
“Taylor's Steakhouse is a good place to enjoy traditional steakhouse fare in an atmosphere that will take you back to midcentury American comfort and service. The meats are well-cooked, and sides are mildly seasoned (garlic is the spiciest thing you'll encounter in most dishes) and do well for sensitive palettes. Sauces for all dishes are typically served on the side in gravy boats, which is excellent for folks who want to dress their own meats. For some dishes, like the chicken piccata, heavier elements like capers may have settled to the bottom of the gravy boat -- so give it a stir before dressing. Main dishes are served a-la-carte, with sides like their very creamy mashed potatoes (some skins whipped in the mix, still very creamy) and garlic spinach that are reasonably priced additions with large portions. You came here for the steak, ribs, and seafood -- take your vegetarian and vegan friends elsewhere: the only things here for them are sides and a couple of salads not quite hearty enough for a full entree (no veg protein options). The staff are friendly and helpful, especially front-of-house. Inside, the bar area and main inside dining areas are dimly lit enough that your eyes will need a moment to adjust on a bright day, but day or night, this gives a cozy and intimate feeling in the spacious interior with many booth-style tables. (If you are seated in the main dining, you might need a phone flashlight to read the menu.) A wine room with seating and private group room allow for booking of private parties. There is also a large indoor patio with a fireplace and large windows for brighter daytime lighting. There are a few tables on a fully outdoor back patio, a terrific place for lunch (which, at the time of this review, is served only on Thursdays and Fridays). On the outdoor patio, the staff allow dogs (during lunch seatings and sometimes dinner, if it's not overly busy); if you're bringing a dog, it's easier to enter through this back patio from the parking lot side of the restaurant. There is a parking lot in back that can get full at busy times, so if you're coming on a weekend evening, you might want to grab a street parking spot on your way in. There are small signs at the entrances that read "dress code," but don't list the dress code. Their website reads: "We consider tank tops, flip flops, team athletic attire, and provocative clothing too casual for Taylor's dining experience." Expect to see many people in jackets and ties and otherwise dressed for "fine dining," though for lunch seatings, more casual like hoodies and athleisure wear are common. Some reviews on TripAdvisor also note folks coming in for dinner service in jeans and t-shirts.“
“I recently celebrated my 25th Wedding Anniversary at LA Prime, located at the Westin Bonaventure in downtown Los Angeles, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the last bite of dessert, every aspect of our visit was delightful. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the 24 ounce bone-in delmonico ribeye, a succulent masterpiece that left my taste buds dancing with joy. Cooked to perfection, the meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying mashed potatoes were a heavenly side dish that complemented the richness of the ribeye flawlessly. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs at LA Prime. The ambiance at the 35th-floor restaurant was breathtaking. The panoramic view of downtown Los Angeles from that height was simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop to our dining experience. The combination of delectable cuisine and a stunning skyline made for an unforgettable evening. To top off the celebration, the Happy Anniversary dessert was a delightful surprise. Not only was it visually appealing, but the taste was equally impressive. The chefs showcased their creativity with a dessert that was not only delicious but also a fitting end to our special occasion. The attentive and friendly staff further enhanced our experience, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, making us feel pampered throughout the evening. In conclusion, LA Prime at the Westin Bonaventure is a culinary gem in downtown Los Angeles. If you're looking for a restaurant that combines mouthwatering dishes with a stunning view and impeccable service, look no further. I highly recommend LA Prime for any special occasion or a memorable dining experience.Parking: If you dine at the hotel, you can use the Valet even if they say they are full.“
“Had an awesome night out at STK Los Angeles, all thanks to our server, George. Dude was chill, super friendly, and knew the menu like the back of his hand. He hooked us up with some killer recommendations that hit the spot perfectly.George was on top of everything without hovering, making sure we had what we needed before we even had to ask. He balanced being professional with being totally approachable and cool, which made the whole vibe just right.Seriously, George made our experience at STK memorable. Can’t wait to head back and hopefully get him as our server again. The place rocks, but George is on another level.“
“The staff at La Boucherie were super friendly and welcoming when walking in. Even thought the window table were full they still made it happen. Tonight my wife and I went to La Boucherie to celebrate her birthday. This restaurant was highly recommended and I also found this place through TikTok. 10/10 would definitely recommend going here.“
“A very affordable Happy Hour in the bar with a good variety of food. Ask for the Happy Hour menu. The bar area has wonderful booths and tables as well as the bar for seating. Perfect before the game. You can get the full service menu as well. The walls are decorated with painted faces of celebrities and frequent patrons. Very clean and great service. Simone was fantastic.“
“My family had a get together celebration for my step father's 76th birthday with quite a large family turnout. Consisted pretty much of 2 Seniors, 8 Adults, 2 College Students, 1 High Schooler, 3 Children and 2 Toddlers that are less than 3 years old and really our tables makes up 6 different family tabs. The restaurant and our waiter accomadated our family with a booth that was comfortable location seating wise-to have a little get together where sometimes our toddlers are less than patient and crying and yet still not have to be the center of the whole restaurant. So we appreciated this Black Angus was accomadating to our large family dynamics in seating and mostly willing to separate our large family bill at least 5 ways. I also appreciated my delicious Prime Rib Steak and all of my family appreciated their delicious steak entrees, children liked their fried chicken tenders choices and myself liked their desert. They have a simlar desert similar to that, that looks like a "pizookie" (a baked cookie with vanilla ice cream) that was very delicious and highly recommend if wsnt desert choice.Thank you Black Angus for hosting my family and showing courtesy to us while honoring the man that my family grew up taking us to your restaurant most of our youth and young adult lives so many times. We appreciated being able to celebrate and cheerish a honorable man and staple to our family at your location.Parking: For a Sunday Evening There was no problem finding parking in Black Angus big enough parking lot.Kid-friendliness: You can request crayons-coloring for kids and supply paper coloring maps. They have kid menus that offer french fries, grilled or fried shrimp, fried or grilled chicken tenders etc.“
