Lunch is a lot more relaxing due to less people and our server was excellent and the food as well.Parking: Lots of parking behind restaurant during lunch, but will need to valet or park in structure across the street during dinner.“

“Few things can be said about Clearman's that are not a positive review. They are staple in southern California, and have some of the most amazing dinners that money can buy. I've been going there since I was a tot in the 1970s, and it truly has been a long part of my life.You will never go hungry, you will always take leftovers home (they encourage it), and their servers are just magic. Sure there will be a wait on holidays and weekends, but plan for it and go when you can.It is expensive for the average person, but you're getting quality food...it is SO worth it.“

They made us and our families feel so special, sprinkling confetti on the table, congratulating us, and making sure everybody's needs were met. “Loved this place! I have lived in Orange County for 28 years and I've driven by this place HUNDREDS of times and never knew it existed. Great food, incredible vibe, tremendous happy hour, and fantastic service. I had the king cut prime rib, and I felt like Fred Flintstone! Huge piece of meat and very good. Sides were great too...excellent whiskey selection with Eagle Rare at reasonable prices!“

“Ate here for a nice and pretty heavy lunch. The meal portions are big enough to be split between two people so you can enjoy other park foods (recommend). The wait time during peak lunch hour was maybe 10-15 minutes. It might have felt longer than it really was just because we were hungry. From the moment we order until we got our food was actually fast (approximately a 10 min wait). The food was excellent and did not feel like that cafeteria style food that is served at the rat park. It felt like a true sit down restaurant.“

“We decided to come here for Sunday dinner and were greeted by a warm and welcoming hostess that informed us we'd have a short wait. When our table was ready we were escorted to our seats where our waiter took our drink order. After looking over the menu we placed our food order, I had the Grilled Salmon with a Caesar Salad and Grilled Asparagus. The Salmon was grilled to perfection and bursting with flavors, very good. The salad was delicious and fresh and so was the Asparagus! The restaurant was bustling, lively, and well maintained. Our server was attentive and took 1/2 off one of the meals with the BOGO deal. “Good ol' Black Angus, just the way I remember it. Had the Campfire Feast with my wife and two other couples. Lots of choices, we all had steaks and all were tasty and cooked just as requested. 6 nice shrimps in the shared (per couple) shrimp cocktail. The Mud Pie and the Cheese Cake founded out the meal. Kristina was our excellent waitress. She made us feel at home, gave us is plenty of time to make our selections, and helped the meal flow smoothly, with just the right time between courses. The kitchen staff cooked everything as ordered and well timed. We will definitely return!“

Our reservation, made via Open Table, was promptly attended to by a friendly host. We were delighted with the quality of the food, which included a medium-well WAGYU ZABUTON BENEDICT and an 8oz medium rare 24-HOUR HERB ROASTED PRIME RIB ordered by my husband. Although the wait for our food was slightly longer than anticipated due to the presence of several large parties, the excellent service we received more than made up for it. “Food was just okay, nothing special. I ordered steak with shrimp and a bkaed potato. My baked potato was cold, steak was good but not cooked "medium" as ordered, it was well done instead...all gray inside. Broccoli side was fine and the warm bread was good. My shrimp arrived about 5 minutes after the rest of my food, the server said the kitchen was still working on it. When it did arrive, they were very small and only sort of warm. We went on a Saturday night and it was pumping....very crowded. Our server was on it, he did a great job, absolutely no complaints there.Plenty of parking there too.“

“We went there on a Sunday night when it was raining. We sat outside under the cover patio with the heaters. We were very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunset. We were there to celebrate a few April birthdays. The service was very good. The food was good. We had the prime rib. Yum! The staff was friendly. It is sad to see so many bad reviews. Watching the customers that were there, it looked like they were all having a good time. Yes, the restaurants can do a few improvements. Overall, it is good place to go grab dinner at. Especially at sunset. As mentioned before, handicap parking is at a lower level. We got there 10 mins before they opened. They did not have valet parking. Looking around it is a small parking lot. So, you can see why on their busier nights, they have to do valet parking.“
