“We were out with another couple celebrating a birthday, and although our evening didn’t start out quite as we’d hoped, we still left feeling genuinely impressed with Ruth’s Chris.

We were originally seated in the bar/lounge area, and not long after, a family with an infant and two energetic toddlers was seated right next to us. As anyone who has dined out knows, that can make for a challenging atmosphere. Then, both of our steaks, which we had ordered medium, arrived a bit well done.

We weren’t planning to complain, but the manager stopped by to ask how everything was. We answered honestly, and he immediately insisted on having new steaks prepared. Around the same time, our server came over and, without us saying a word, offered to move us to a quiet table in the main dining room because he recognized the situation. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

The replacement steaks were cooked perfectly, and the rest of the evening was wonderful. We even got a nice little surprise when our bill arrived, which was a very thoughtful touch.

What really stood out wasn’t that a couple of things went wrong — it was how the staff responded. Everyone we interacted with genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. They handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and a sincere desire to make things right. A special thank you to the wait staff who took such great care of us — you know who you are.

That’s the kind of customer service that’s becoming harder to find these days, and it’s exactly why we’ll be back. Thank you to the entire team for turning a difficult start into a delightful evening.“

“Enjoyable place for a special occasion dinner experience. Mushroom appetizer was amazing. Seafood platter was good but not anywhere near the mushroom. I won't bother with the ribeye next time, it was good but it was lacking seasoning and any flavor. The prime rib was fantastic. Quite possibly the best prime rib I have ever tasted. The horseradish is somewhat like a sweetned heavy whipped cream with just enough spice to offset the sweet to make it work amazingly well with the perfectly salty au-jus. Creamed corn was really good as well. I would prefer to sit indoors next trip.“

“This is THE BEST fine dining steakhouse in North OC with a vibrant, classy atmosphere. From the steaks and seafood to the cocktails and old-fashioneds… everything is amazing. We’ve been patrons since it opened and would even order takeout (even old-fashioneds to go!) during the pandemic. A splurge but absolutely worth it.“

“Old classic American steakhouse. Bartenders are outstanding and pour a good drink not your standard 1 oz. . The Owners Jeff and Steve have greatly improved the place the last several years. I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F. I'm just another happy customer that has been coming in for years.“

Customer service is also great. I gave atmosphere is not good or bad. It all depends on how you like being around people and the noise.

“Quaint little sit down restaurant inside Ghost Town. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The roasted drumsticks and thigh were very moist and flavorful. However, the large chicken breast was dry and hard. My teen ordered the Ghost Town Burger with French fries and said it was dry, needed thousand island or a moist beef patty. Fries were crunchy (dry but had good seasoning).“

“Olga was our server. She was awesome on top of everything always checking on us making sure drinks were refilled. We loved her. We had only one problem while we were there. One of our party is very highly allergic to shrimp. We asked for it to be separated from our appetizer, Olga made sure that she told them that, but the person that brought it didn't but she cleared it up made everything right couldn't ask for a better experience. “

“Service was good. Food is usually good but our steaks were overcooked. The gentleman (not our waiter) that brought the steaks to our table and asked us to check them. We told them they were medium well, not medium as ordered. He walked away. Don't think we'll be going back to this location for a while.“

“Really pleased with our food received! The dinner for 2 was plenty for 3 people, great meal selections and the quality was perfect. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the chicken was splendid! Chicken was moist with a nice crispy skin.

The only let down was the service was slow. In saying that, our waiter was lovely and helpful.“

“This place is unbelievable. Great ambiance with Great Service. The sunset view while eating dinner is beautiful but the Happy Hour is the deal.
Definitely coming back with some friends. The Food was cooked to perfection (Ribs and Chicken Breast), The Soup and Salad done right and not watered down like those other restaurants.
Great place for a romantic date or to relax. The look over the entire Valley is so worth just the trip.
