“Delicious and excellent service, food and atmosphere. Our table had adorable Happy Birthday confetti ? The steaks melt in your mouth and if you’re going to get appetizers get the spicy shrimp ?. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great steaks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Delicious foods with very good service! Noble and nice ambiance! Food There are mouthwatering meat with heartwarming tofu soup and delicious salad with such good delicious side dishes. Service All servers are super nice. They are asking if any side dishes are needed. Before asking the servers to bring more side dishes, I find out more salad and side dishes. Environment What a clean and noble environment it is! Overall This is my go-to K-BBQ place. If you are in the area, definitely check it out!“
“I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about Fogo de Chao before going here and the price point was what stopped me from trying it. When I found an online ad about the FOGO $44, I was intrigued to finally try it. My boyfriend and I went to the location in Irvine and discovered they did this special at $49. When we walked in the hostesses didn't pay any attention to us and were talking with their backs turned to us. The ambiance is very nice, a dark environment with many seats close to each other. Our server Jake wasn't the most attentive to us as he kept skipping our table. The salad bar had extensive options and I really loved it! The meats came by our table very fast towards the beginning but slowed down after we had been sitting there for a while. Make sure to grab the freshly cut meat with tongs bc we weren't given any. It was a pretty nice experience with high quality meats, but I'm not sure we would come back at regular price. The desserts were full sized, although they ran out of 2 of the options when we ordered. Our waiter did allow us to choose one from the menu and comp it which was nice. I think we received the short end of the stick when it comes to service because we are younger. Not the best. Great experience for first timers though!“
“I stopped in to pick up a piece of Lemon Doberge Cake for my husband and I to enjoy for our anniversary. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian at the bar, who not only provided a wonderful service experience, but he helped to make my anniversary a memorable one. Thank you Brian and Del Frisco's!“
“Wonderful experience dining at Seasons 52. Our server Juan took great care of us and I’ve never had a more perfectly cooked tender steak. It was a birthday celebration & they made us feel so special. Ambiance was intimate & warm. Before our meals end we were plotting our next return and who we were bringing with us. As we left, I was able to express to John the manager just how much we enjoyed our evening at Seasons 52.“
“Eddie V's is one of our favorite restaurants that we frequent throughout the year, drawn by their delectable cuisine and unparalleled service. Opting to celebrate our anniversary there on a Tuesday proved to be an excellent choice, as they surpassed our expectations, showering us with attention and care. This establishment holds a special place in our hearts due to the exceptional service provided by both the staff and management. The ambiance exudes positivity, complemented perfectly by the delicious food. Whenever we crave a perfectly tender filet, this is our go-to spot. The crab cakes never disappoint, and recently, we indulged in the exquisite lobster tacos. Despite our inclination to try multiple dishes, we rarely have room for dessert. However, on our anniversary, we were treated to a delightful surprise - the butter cake, both delicious and beautifully presented. It was the perfect ending to our meal. Thank you for crafting a truly memorable anniversary dinner experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Eddie V's for its exceptional food, service, and atmosphere!“
“Super delicious food. Our server was so nice and came to check on us every so often. Did wish we weren't seated right by the servers station though. I felt like I would almost drop one of their trays if I stood up. Other than that my valentine's date went well♡“
“Jeremiah was an excellent server he was VERY patient And has amazing customer service , also was on point with all the refills and checking up on us while multitasking with other guest . Seen him breaking a sweat making sure his guest was happy and had every need met ! He’s amazing definitely deserves some recognition for his amazing work ethic !“
“Sebastian was our waiter and was absolutely amazing. He was super attentive and took great care of us. My husband and i went to dinner to celebrate our anniversary and if you get the opportunity to have him serve you, you won’t be disappointed.“
“Overall we had a very nice dinner here. I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I saw discount gift cards at Costco, several discount offers through various channels, and a name as generic as “The Winery”. It all seemed like aggressive marketing. But beyond a few minor complaints, we had a good time here.Ambience / Location: It was very busy on the Saturday night we visited. $10 valet only parking, with no real self-parking options nearby. We had a reservation and were sat promptly even though it was packed. The interior is very nice, with the huge cellar wall and the view out to the harbor. We sat near the window looking out to the water. There was live music playing through the night. Along with a rather boisterous neighboring table, it made for a very loud environment. Not exactly the place to have a quiet conversation with your date. 4/5Service: The service was top notch. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a place with good service like this. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The owners were walking around that night and checking on every table, and they even gave free shots and wine to a neighboring table having a 30th anniversary. 5/5Food: The food was great. Again I was not expecting too much, but for a high-end chain steakhouse style place it was quite good. We had steaks, and they were very well cooked. Perfect medium rare end to end with no banding. The sides were great too, the Brussels Sprouts stood out. Well seasoned and cooked. On the drink side we had wine by the glass. I was a little disappointed by their by the glass offerings because it was all New World wine (US / Australia / South America) except for one. And the waiter couldn’t tell us much about the one Italian wine that was there, he didn’t even know it was a Super Tuscan. I had to look it up later. One other small pet peeve: They ask if you want bread when you first sit down, which I normally assume is free because it is at a lot of restaurants. Here it costs $6 which you won’t know until the bill comes. Feels like getting nickeled and dimed.4/5Again, even with the minor complaints I’ll likely be back again in the future. I recommend a visit.“
“Great dinner! The menu has quite a few options and the great appetizers. We had a gift card so we tried the pork belly appetizers with white beans. The carmelization was perfect and the flavor was great. I had the mahi-mahi and it was cooked perfectly and had a nice crust with tender flaking inside. It looked like a small dish but it was rich with flavor and filling. My husband had the short rib which didn't even need a knife. It was so tender and also rich with flavor. I had their version of an old-fashioned and it had a nice sweet vanilla flavoring. It might be too sweet for some but I only had one drink. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse which was light and had a very mild flavor not overbearing sweetness. My husband tried the creme brulee and it was actually sweeter than the chocolate mousse. The sugar crystalization had a perfect char. We loved our meal and will head back again for their happy hour.“
“Another wonderful dinner at The Bungalow. We snuck in on the last night of OC Restaurant Week. Peter enjoyed the Corn Chowder Soup, 10 oz. lobster tail with mashed potatoes. And creamy Cheesecake (to go). So amazing. I had the Blackened Salmon and it was perfect. The sauce was Devine and a dollop of guacamole on top were so flavorful. And guacamole had a little crunch to it. Thank you! Deirdre“
“Our first time at Leatherby's before Lion King. We thought enjoyed dinner. I had the apple goat cheese salad for my started, unusual & very tasty. For my entree I had branzino, delicious. My friend had the Bay Scallops which she loved. She also had the key lime tart for dessert. The service was excellent & the environment is nicely attired. We will return.“
“I had an incredible experience at Outback Steakhouse in Garden Grove, thanks to the outstanding service provided by bartenders Karin and Christina. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my dining experience truly exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations for drinks. Their professionalism and efficiency ensured that I had a wonderful time. John, the owner, also came by to say hi which u really enjoyed. I highly recommend visiting and sitting at the bar to enjoy Karim and Christina’s excellent service!“
“My family and I live close by and we finally got to try Black Angus. When we walked in, we were greeted by our host Justin. He was super friendly and took time to show us the best items on the menu. My wife's ribeye was delicious, and my son loved the artichoke dip! We were very pleased by the service that night and we will be back soon!“
“Five Crowns is the more bougie version of your average Lawry's across the nation. According to the server, the reason for its namesake is because this is the 5th store to open from Lawry's. Parking is across the street and you pay $8 for valet. Service could be a bit slow and you are notified that your prime rib will take 25mins to come out. Unlike Lawry's, Five Crowns does not push out the prime rib cutting cart and your food is brought to you already cut. Another difference lies in that you do not get a salad for your prime rib meal but that's not a huge concern imo. Everything tasted good, however just a bit under "salted" but you are given Lawry's signature salt and pepper on your table for your use. Imo Five Crowns is not worth a visit unless you really enjoy the decor around the restaurant. Your average Lawry's is much better imo.“
“First off don't let these reviews fool you! I hadn't been here since 1987 for my prom. Wanted to treat my boyfriend for his bday. Sure there's feelings, Morton's etc. But those are chains. The Service was impeccable. Le Cave is known for their martini's I'm advised. Now I know why, Cosmo was perfect When you order they take your order & proceed to bring the cart around so you know exactly what your ordering. Portions are big! And well under what Morton's would charge. I ordered the filet, my boyfriend ribeye w/half lobster tail. Which looked almost like a whole one. They don't rush you even as the crowds roll in. It's a very quaint restaurant and is the same as it opened in 1962 on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend was given the fluffiest cheese cake for his bday! I love it here! May go back to chill at the bar soon...“
“Good ol' Black Angus, just the way I remember it. Had the Campfire Feast with my wife and two other couples. Lots of choices, we all had steaks and all were tasty and cooked just as requested. 6 nice shrimps in the shared (per couple) shrimp cocktail. The Mud Pie and the Cheese Cake founded out the meal. Kristina was our excellent waitress. She made us feel at home, gave us is plenty of time to make our selections, and helped the meal flow smoothly, with just the right time between courses. The kitchen staff cooked everything as ordered and well timed. We will definitely return!“
“The sunset views are amazing! My dinner, the Chilean sea bass, was delicious and perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the cocktails as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night!Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: There are non dairy items.Parking: Valet only, the cost is $9.“
“I've been dining with Morton's for a while and it's usually for special occasions (graduations, Christmas, birthday's) So this past Easter was no exception. I made reservations, Which was super easy and they had my top time choice available. It helps when you make it early. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated right away. The environment was warm and inviting, not too loud even though they were busy. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was waiting for service. We started off with cocktails and the bacon wrapped scallops, which are always delicious. Morton's bread is unique and tasty. I dream about their wedge salad that always comes out so cold and crisp. The cajun ribeye is always cooked to perfection. We also tried the truffle creamed corn, that's new to the menu and wow, fantastic. I ended our meal with coffee and it was so delicious. Thank you to the staff and management for checking on us and making sure we had a wonderful Easter. It was so great that I was back a week later! No special occasion needed!!“
“Love Mastro's. Have been going to this location for many years. It's a much quieter location than the Ocean Club in NPB, but still the same great quality. Only critique is that they tend to not scale well during busy nights like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day - would recommend considering another choice on those days. Otherwise, you'll get great service and food here!“
“We went there on a Sunday night when it was raining. We sat outside under the cover patio with the heaters. We were very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunset. We were there to celebrate a few April birthdays. The service was very good. The food was good. We had the prime rib. Yum! The staff was friendly. It is sad to see so many bad reviews. Watching the customers that were there, it looked like they were all having a good time. Yes, the restaurants can do a few improvements. Overall, it is good place to go grab dinner at. Especially at sunset. As mentioned before, handicap parking is at a lower level. We got there 10 mins before they opened. They did not have valet parking. Looking around it is a small parking lot. So, you can see why on their busier nights, they have to do valet parking.“
“I was in town on a business trip and decided to try this spot out with a couple friends. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance and the bartender. We ordered a bottle of wine and the sausage penne pasta.I initially ordered the linguini but was not impressed. They changed out my meal with no problem. The scallion bread is really good too. I'll definitely be back to visit.“
