Really enjoyed our dinner at Marble. My friend and I ordered the Wagyu steak and short ribs, and both were so good. The meat was really well marbled, juicy, and had great flavor.
They also have someone grilling the meat tableside, which made everything super easy. We didn’t have to worry about overcooking anything.
The banchan was generous, and the corn salad and bibimbap were probably my favorites. The steamed egg and soup at the end were a nice touch too.

Really amazed with this place. Food and service were amazing! Highly recommended!
Food was great — the banchan alone deserves applause. The kimchi pancake and raw marinated shrimp were top notch, and the cilantro kimchi, which has been getting a lot of attention in Korea lately, translated really well here. We ordered the beef combo, and the meat was tender, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. 👏
