“Foodie living in Irvine for 6 years. I've gone to many barbecue places including both Japanese and Korean. But this place always has a special place in my heart Our go-to Korean barbecue in OC!!! We love it because the beef is so fresh. Their Kimchi soup is the best. Everything is so clean and not greasy at all! Highly recommend it! Service is amazing too! Feel very welcomed.“
“The music and environment was chill. My group went on a Wednesday evening so it was not slammed. They have an all you can eat option but my girlfriend and I filled up on the shared ribeye option with spicy miso tonkatsu. It's a pricier option which adds up to about 50 per person including the sake. Our server was Gabby and she was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu!“
“Came here for lunch special with my dad. Only one order allowed per person for $11.92 each. We got the spicy story fried pork and the seafood tofu. Both were excellent and quite spicy!! The waitress working there was the nicest person ever. Like over the top service and quality. Very clean and empty when we came during opening hours.“
“Delicious foods with very good service! Noble and nice ambiance! Food There are mouthwatering meat with heartwarming tofu soup and delicious salad with such good delicious side dishes. Service All servers are super nice. They are asking if any side dishes are needed. Before asking the servers to bring more side dishes, I find out more salad and side dishes. Environment What a clean and noble environment it is! Overall This is my go-to K-BBQ place. If you are in the area, definitely check it out!“
“The meat quality is top-tier, and the AYCE price is relatively cheap considering its in Irvine. Our server was quick and attentive, responding to our request in time. The only thing I think this restaurant can be improve is the Yelp reservation system, we are in waitlist #4, but after few minutes, we became #8 spot. We asked the front server about his, and he quickly find us a table when its vacant.“
“Came here for the first time on valentines day for dinner and their tri tip was amaazing!! Super flavorful - tender. Its not cut up like most tri tips ive ordered are. It was really good! Their sides had a lot of flavor too. The tri tip was much better than my friends brisket. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely be back if hanging at the spectrum.“
“This was our first KBBQ experience, our server Dominick was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. The food was amazing as well as the side dishes. Servers were so attentive and fast! Only downside is the wait, and the music inside is very loud and overstimulating.“
“They offer a great variety of meats, and the freshness of the cuts is definitely a highlight. However, the portions for each dish seem quite large. This can be a bit daunting, especially if you want to try a few different options from the menu, as leftover food often comes at an additional cost. Despite this, the atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the service was excellent.“
“Ordered from Kiko's on Doordash because I was a little lazy to drive the other day, so please keep in mind that my review is based off of food that had made a 15 minute journey before being eaten! When I heard a new Filipino joint was opening in Irvine, I was ecstatic! There are practically no Filipino joints in Irvine -- if you have that craving you need to drive to Lake Forest or a city more north. It's very nice to now have something in my own city to satisfy that Filipino fix when I am too lazy to cook. As a Filipino myself, I understand that Filipino food can taste extremely different depending on who cooks it. The different regions of the Philippines all cook the same dishes in different ways. Therefore, you should never expect a dish from one restaurant to taste the same at a different restaurant. I ordered the kare-kare, which is my favorite Filipino dish. Their rendition of this creamy peanut dish was pretty good, but not my favorite. The ox-tail was perfectly cooked, but the veggies were overcooked and soggy. The flavor of the sauce was delicious, however I wish they gave more sauce. I particularly didn't like the bagoong (shrimp paste). I'm not sure which kind they use, but if you have some bagoong at home (as most Filipinos do), then I'd recommend to use your own. One thing I'd like to note is that the portions are on the smaller side here. It's definitely only enough for one person, so don't expect to share one meal. However, I think the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. I will definitely be giving Kiko's other menu items a try in the future!“
“It's a great place I had to try it twice to make sure it was like the first time! I like my burgers rare and exactly how I wanted it! Very rarely do I find a place that will make the food how you ask! I'll be going there more often for sure“
“I don't usually frequent kbbq restaurants, but I did enjoy coming here. I've been here for lunch for 2 and dinner for 2 recently.Lunch $28Dinner $37All you can eatThe bulgogi is a must if you are having kbbq along with the brisket. Very fast to cook and you can eat right away. I would also recommend the spicy version of the bulgogi and the short rib. Very tender! This location has robots that deliver your meat and rice. First time I ever see anything like that. The future is here!!Overall, its easy place to go in during the week. No wait. Fast service and good food!“
“First time coming to this location and it was very good. They have a wide selection of bbw and sliders and various beers to taste. Their smokehouse salad was delicious and I really liked their fried pickles and smoked brisket. Very juicy and tender. I also tried their sodas which are pretty cool. They have flavors like pineapple, cherry, orange hibiscus, root beer, vanilla cream soda, and lemon acai. All quite tasty. Staff is friendly and fast wit your order. I like it here and will be back soon as they also have 3 arcade machines to play. Lots of parking and this brewery is located across from Starbucks.“
“I want to give 10 stars for the service!! The price is in the upper range for the most korean bbq. Signature Black Pork Belly is the one you want to get. We went there at 6:00pm for dinner, and the place was getting filled up as we approach Friday night mode. Even with packed crowds, the servers constantly checked and cooked the foods. They were very attentive and nice.“
“OMG! the best of the best. The flavors in the Broth is delicious. Tonkotsu is my favorite. Service can improve a bit, but overall can't expect the best because they are busy- and so worth it. I like the ambiance, chill and they have a good peach beer, ha!“
