I’ve been to shabu all over and this is my favorite place ever. Clean food, killer customer service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.
There are restaurants that chase perfection and there are restaurants that simply make you happy you walked through the door. Miyabi falls squarely into the second category.
No, this isn’t the best beef I’ve ever had. If you’re hunting for the most exclusive wagyu or the rarest cuts imaginable, there are places that will happily charge you two or three times as much. That’s not what Miyabi is trying to be.

It looks like there aren’t enough servers. But food was awesome! Really liked the quality of beef.

The meats are top-notch, with options like Wagyu zabutan, A5 misuji, Wagyu, and chuck ribeye, which are not overly fatty and have a perfect balance. The miso and tonkotsu broths are rich, creamy, and packed with depth. The lunch special ayce is a must, and the garlic rice is out of this world, especially paired with the barbecue. The restaurant now offers all-you-can-eat shabu and BBQ with different tiers, including a diamond tier with A5 cuts like A5 wagyu ribeye and A5 short rib. There is a self-serve sauce bar for mixing sauces and unlimited veggies, and sides like wagyu fried rice, galbi jjim, and super jiggly egg custard are highly recommended. Service is consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, with staff like Andrew, Devan, Jiro, and Alyssa providing great service. The whole experience feels comfortable and welcoming.
