The food was absolutely excellent, especially the ribs.Ordered a full rack of baby back ribs and they were falling off the bone effortlessly, cooked to perfection along with the sauce. Cornbread was fluffy and warm, paired well with the butter. Coleslaw was sweet, creamy, and not overly tangy. Mashed potatoes were also creamy, I think some bacon bits would have been a good addition. Fried Mac and cheese and onion rings were excellent as well. Truly no complaints about the food. Well done!“

The ribs were delicious, but the portion was surprisingly small. Even though it was a weekday evening, I waited for over an hour to get in. When you're feeling a bit hectic, there's a Yelp waiting line, so be sure to check it out and wait.“

Don't skip on the cartilage and sausage, if you're looking for great pairings to go with your beer. The Yukhae (raw beef dish) was super delicious and I'm not a raw beef person in general. I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about 15min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly 4-tops , I saw maybe 1 table that could accommodate a party of 8-10 max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $67 where you can try 2 of our favorite meats + their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (1pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!“
“The wife and I tried Hole Smokes last night. We tried a couple apps and the Tray 4 Two so that we could get a few different meats to try. The fried pickles were really good with both the chipotle sauce and with ranch. I liked the chipotle better. The honey glazed burnt ends were ok- very tender and juicy, but lacked a bit of flavor. For the meats we had a sausage link, brisket and tritip. The link was good- wife really liked it a lot. The brisket was maybe the best we've had- very tender, juicy and some good flavor. The tritip was very good and had a beautiful smoke ring. For the sides, we tried the cornbread cake, brussel sprouts, and French fries. Was surprise that the cornbread was cold. We liked the flavor, and my wife liked the cinnamon butter (i preferred no butter, but I'm not as big a cinnamon fan as my wife). The sprouts were great and loved the glaze that was on them. The fries were really good as well. Looking forward to bringing the kids back and trying a few more things. Service was great and on top of things for refills, sauce, etc.“

Delish and worth the wait, but I'd come earlier since it took us 2.5 hrs from arrival to eating after getting there at 11:55am Sunday! Heads up - pork belly char siu is on the fattier side and brisket is on the leaner side but great flavor. Panang curry is spicier and saltier than I'd prefer, and mapo chili isn't that spicy. Kaya bread pudding and banana pudding had good flavor. I also appreciated than the chicken wasn't dry, and the slaw was dairy free and flavorful. Favorite meats were probably brisket and ribs since we couldn't get the pork belly siu yuk or gochujang beef rib today.Service and staff are really friendly, and the pit master was overwhelmed with emotions filming how long the line was before they opened since this is just the second weekend. The food came really fast because all you need to do is order thru the phone by scanning the QR code and the food was delivered by "robot", so no need to nonstop asking for more to people. The down side for that is there are not much engagement from real people, so sometimes you would have to asking for new grill, water, etc. It is a great place overall, definitely will come again“

“Nice hidden BBQ gem in OC. Was presently surprised by this spot. Found it on Google maps when searching for a place toneat with kids and freinds on a Saturday. I saw that had Beef Dino ribs, I was sold. Gave it a try, have to say, it was super good. Great bark, good flavor, nice light smoke, fall of the bone tender meat. It was really good. O would say it's on par with Moe's in Lincoln heights and heritage in San Juan capistrano. Thier beef Dino ribs sell out, and I was happy this place had them still available, because they are as good. The price wasn't bad either. Think it was $35 for a rib. Also tried the pork ribs. Really good, great flavor, fall off the bine. Brisket was tender, and juicy. Mac n cheese, was amazing. Only grip, they didn't have any corn bread or bread options. Other than that, great meal, would definitely go again. I would recommend this place to anyone in OC looking for good Dino beef ribs.Parking: Lots of free parking“
