If you’ve ever missed the Mang Inasal in the Philippines, this should be your next spot! It does not disappoint. Even comes with soy sauce mixed with lemon and atchara on the side.

The food is made to order, so some waiting is expected, but the quality is worth it. The pork belly is full of flavor and cooked just right, showing that everything is made fresh and with care. The combo plate comes with three pork bbq skewers, rice, pickled veggies, sauce, and a soup, all of which are highly recommended. The bibingka is soft, buttery, and tastes just like how it was remembered from childhood—fresh and delicious.
