“Had the best food at Smoke Queen Barbecue: the tri tip, chicken, sausage, ribs, and delicious sides were all fall off the bone fantastic. “Best priced KBBQ in OC as of 2026. This is the ONLY place I know of where they allow you to pay a set price regardless of what time of day or what day or the week it is. The owner is fantastic and personally checks in on you. The meat is always fresh, delicious and generously portioned. They switch around the banchan and there kpop and soju everywhere. The service is fast, friendly and it feels like ajumma worried you're not eating enough. Parking can be a little tough and lines can long during weekend dinners. Also be aware that they only accept solo diners between Monday-Thursday from 11-4.“

“We were recently passing through Pasadena and boy, did Yelp come through for us when picking a place to eat! Craft by Smoke & Fire in Old Town Pasadena ended up being the perfect choice. It was a beautiful evening and we opted to sit outside. We were lucky enough to have Stephanie as our server…and also lucky to be there during happy hour – you gotta love a 2 for 1 drink special! It was hard to choose between all the craft cocktails, but we ended up ordering Lulu Lemons which were excellent! I play mixologist when entertaining at home, and when I expressed interest in recreating this drink for our friends, Stephanie was kind enough to share the recipe! The menu is full of yummy Texas-style BBQ options made from locally sourced meat, and it was hard to choose. We landed on brisket grilled cheese with a side of mac & cheese (can you have too much cheese?!) and a harvest brisket salad. Both were so delicious. The outside table area was pretty full and although she was covering a lot of tables, Stephanie was knowledgeable when guiding us through the menu, super attentive and personable to boot! We look forward to returning…and to checking out their Anaheim location as well!“

“Haven't been here in awhile and my nephew wanted this for dinner and we stopped by. He love the galbi which you can order as a plate/bowl for extra or as a side. We ended up ordering a double side which is very reasonably priced and decent amount of food.

“We had such a wonderful dinner at Anjin. Everything we ordered was delicious, but my favorites were definitely the Kainomi, the Anjin Seaweed Salad, and the orange sherbet at the end.

The Kainomi was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the seaweed salad was fresh, light, and perfectly seasoned. The orange sherbet was also such a refreshing way to finish the meal.

I honestly wanted to try so many more dishes, but since there were only two of us, we could only order so much. Next time, I would love to come with a bigger group so we can try more of the menu.

We came to celebrate a very special birthday, and it made the evening even more memorable. We both left very happy and completely satisfied. Thank you for such a lovely experience!“

“My family loves this place. I came here for the umpteenth time tonight with my 85 year old Japanese mom. We had the Manpuku Traditional Omakase and we had leftovers to take home, there was so much food. All the meat (chicken shrimp and beef) all 5/5 star quality. We were there at 5 pm on a Monday and it was very busy. Service was still super fast. Super pleasant evening.“

“The girlfriend and I just moved here and checked this place out as it was close to home and had great reviews.

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.

“I would give it a solid 8/10 the brisket and the picanha steak were the best thing there, Mac and cheese is solid but the potato salad had such a strong pickle flavor so for me it was 0/10, the beef ribs were good 7.5/10 but I would rather get more steak or brisket next time I go. What would have given this spot a 5 star or 10/10 is they need better sides, how you not going to have mashed potatoes, beans, or cornbread? But I would still come here again it is a bit pricey but that’s pretty much how every bbq place is“
