“Jay and Tom were super friendly and helped explain how to use the device because it was in Korean. It also helped that they had another paper in English. We asked for help with connecting bluetooth which Jay helped us through every step! The room prices were a bit on the higher end but definitely will be back! Friendly place with good vibes.“
“Great kbbq. We came for dinner on Sunday, there was a little wait. The environment is nice, the bar with grill is cool. There are many food options and the meat quality is good. The food came really fast because all you need to do is order thru the phone by scanning the QR code and the food was delivered by "robot", so no need to nonstop asking for more to people. The down side for that is there are not much engagement from real people, so sometimes you would have to asking for new grill, water, etc. It is a great place overall, definitely will come again“
“This was our first time coming here and it was legitimately some of the best late night food I've had. We came in pretty late and ordered chicken, fries, and shrimp dishes and that was more than enough for our group. The service was excellent and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. I will for sure be back with other people.“
“Picked up takeout from herd for the first time. Seemed a bit pricey, but my daughter wanted it for her birthday dinner. I wasn't sure of portion sizes, so I ordered 3 small boneless wings in original, honey garlic, and Gangnam styles, along with kimchi rice and 3 other sides -- for 3 adults. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge! We'll each get 2-3 meals out of this. Considering how much we got, the price is actually reasonable!“
“Went beyond my expectations! First time here and it was delightful. The price for eat all you can kbbq is super worth it. Went for dinner here and the staff were nice and attentive. You have sides to choose from, and some meat selections in the counter. The pricey meat selections like wagyu and stuff are ordered through the waiter. Organized and clean. I'm impressed. The sides of fish cakes and japchae are so tasty!!! The cuts of beef is also very nice and fresh. I had an amazing time here, and will definitely come back! The moneys worth it for the price of eat all you can KBBQ!!“
“Came here for Katsu and service and food were good. Wish they could have given me more curry bc not enough for three rice. The Katsu is juicy and thick with a lovely texture. A meal is about 14-15 which is a little high considering without a drink and a fast food type. But at least better than regular fast foods“
“It was dinner time when I needed to charge my car at one of the cheaper charging stations in Tustin. It was kind of in the middle of a quiet office area. We looked around the area and found this restaurant. The food was good, and even tho they seemed short of staff, they gave star service. The menu was extensive and offered authentic Korean food. I'm glad with the choice we made to eat there.“
“Nice place, service was alright but our server forgot about us a couple times. Portions are also small so ask for double your order. Short ribs were our tables favorite order.I had the smoke from the burner in my face the whole time so that was fun.“
“This restaurant was fantastic. I ordered the jjampong and it was genuinely one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The noodles were excellent and the broth was incredibly flavorful. The wait staff was very kind and helped by giving great recommendations. The Golbi beef was also very good.“
“I'm not a Korean chicken connoisseur, so I didnt know what to expect. Safe to say, I'm now a fan. Perfect crisp on the chicken and once you start munching, you can't stop. Service was great. They don't close the lids on to go orders when you pickup, as to keep them from not steaming in the carton and they remain CRUNCHY. Highly recommend. The only reason they don't have a line out the door is most likely the location. I invite all to pay a visit and support local eateries like this one.“
“Umma's K-BBQ is delicious and does not disappoint! Orders (both regular and mini) are generous in size and extremely flavorful. Pricing is what you'd expect for the area (unfortunately). I've ordered: Chicken Katsu 4/5 BBQ Beef 4/5 Spicy Pork 4/5 Meat Jun 4.5/5 Mac Salad 5/5 Spicy Cucumbers 5/5 Spicy Kim Chi 5/5 Glass Noodles 5/5 Seasoned Tofu 4.5/5 Fish Cake 3.5/5 Brown rice base 3/5 Seasoned cabbage base 5/5 TIP: Order on DoorDash during Happy Hour (Mon-Fri between 2PM-5PM) for 30% off - up to $7.00.“
“4/18/2024 = 4 Star = this is my 2nd time here and we have the best server this time , just celebrate my son birthday and they love it , the big problem here are the parking lot , so hard to park, some people park across the street and very dangerous. The street are busy too, be careful when parking across the street . The rest are 5 star exept parking lot .“
“If you know you know! The food is good! My husband and I ordered two bowls. We got a beef bulgogi bowl and a chicken bulgogi bowl. You can choose a bunch of toppings to cover your side. (Choose one: white rice, brown rice, lettuce) You can put all the toppings or a few. I put all the toppings except cheese and sour cream. I chose medium hot sauce. You can have the sauce drizzled on top or ask for it on the side. There were two workers. They were very nice and welcoming. The place is small. It was easy to find parking. See pictures and check out the menu.“
“It was just so delicious. The tteokbokki was delicious and very similar to the taste I had in Korea, and the sundae seemed to be the best among the ones I had in America. When eating sundae in the U.S., most of the time it was dry or cold and tasteless, but it was really delicious. I highly recommend it if you want to experience the taste of Korean snacks. The food court was also in Korean style, so the atmosphere was nice. I'm eating well.“
“this is a solid all you can eat shabu spot!great food choices, and it all looked very fresh. they were great about constantly checking to see if you need anymore broth or meat. it has some of the best broths we've ever had at a Shabu place. Definitely worth trying! it can get busy so join the Yelp waitlist if you can.“
“A nice mom n pop shop in the middle of Santa Ana. Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting much. I ordered a double smash, fries and a spam musubi. The fries… I didn’t hate them. But I didn’t love them either. I prefer my fries a little stiffer. The spam musubi was good. It’s kinda hard to screw up spam musubi tho. The smash burger… as you can see, it’s not much to look at but the flavor, it was amazing. It was soft and juicy. What a smash burger is supposed to be. I will be coming back to try their other offerings.“
“Been bringing all my friends here to try Korean food! This is the only Korean spot i've gone to where the food isn't super spicy. I personally love spicy but my friends don't, so it works out for me.I've gone 4 times now. I love it here. It's small, cozy and bright. The service is outstanding. they are so attentive and ready to help. I always get the Rose Ddeok-Bokki (rice cakes in rose sauce) it's delicious, I recommend you add the ramen noodles. Also the Tuna Hanbop rolls to dip in the Rose sauce YUM!The only thing I wish is they were open longer LOL. At first I tried to come two times and found out they close midday 3-5pm and Sundays they are closed. 11am-3pm ; 5-8pm - such short hours for deliciousness, but you can really taste the quality.Wheelchair accessibility: there are tables you can use that you can easily remove a chair to replace with a wheelchair. cozy but not small enough to not fit“
“This place is located in the bustling plaza of Bristol Food Court. The service was quite fast, as there was only two people working at the entire restaurant. I went here once before. The first time I ordered black bean noodles, and they were really tasty. Today, I ordered tteokbokki and it was sooooo good. Like maybe I was just hungry at the time, but it was really tasty and the rice cakes were just the right spicy level and chewy. It was so good I forgot to take a photo of it. The overall food court is busy and it might be hard to find a seat during lunch hour. Overall, this place is a really good Korean joint that is rare to find in Santa Ana.“
“When people are lining up to get in, it's hard to guarantee the quality, when people are going to get tired of working like crazy from all the demand. BUT I must say, I can't complain with what I got. 붕어빵 was fresh, and the 팥 was nice and sweet. This totally made up for that mediocre dim sum a couple stalls down.“
“I have been going here for as long as I remember. Korean style Chinese food usually doesn’t taste the same in the US compared to Korea, but this place tastes the same or even better. Our family enjoys the classic dishes which include Jjajangmyeon, Jjampong, and Tangsuyuk. I highly recommend eating here. You will not regret it.“
“I love to try new places. I will say the shopping area looks sketchy but the food here is amazing!!! I don't judge a place by where they are located and such!! But I decided to give it a try and man I don't have any complains. The girl who was on the register was sooo nice!! I feel like this place is such an underrated place and a hidden gem. Order 8 pc wings (Korean hot) 9/10 the sauce was on the side and would've like if it was on the wings but the sauce was not as spicy as I wish it was but it has a good sweet taste to it :))) Spicy pork 1000/10 it was soooooo good. I didn't even need teriyaki sauce. I ate it without and it was bomb Service 5/5 no complaints Overall a pretty good price for your buck!! Definitely would recommend“
“Was very delicious and fresh. My fiancé and i tried it for the first time while out in irvine and the employee was very kind when it came to answering questions that we had on menu items. when we got there it wasn't too busy and there was a few areas to sit inside but many outside. Food was great definitely recommend.“
“Foodie living in Irvine for 6 years. I've gone to many barbecue places including both Japanese and Korean. But this place always has a special place in my heart Our go-to Korean barbecue in OC!!! We love it because the beef is so fresh. Their Kimchi soup is the best. Everything is so clean and not greasy at all! Highly recommend it! Service is amazing too! Feel very welcomed.“
“I was yelping for KFC options and found this place by my house and decided to check it out. I placed a an order for 50 wings for a party and decided on soy garlic, kfc and snow cheese. I chose three but I believe they allow you to choose up to 5 flavors. It took about 15 minutes and the order was ready. Soy garlic and KFC are typical flavors that I normally see and have tried and they're pretty good here. I've never tried snow cheese and it didn't disappoint. It has a slightly sweet flavor and was my favorite. Overall tasty wings at good prices. I would definitely come back.“
“Ube and Matcha Marvels!Tried Ube and Matcha at this ice cream spot, and even as a non-matcha fan, I was pleasantly surprised. Both flavors were delightful—Ube was rich, Matcha was surprisingly good. Highly recommend checking them out for a unique and tasty ice cream experience!“
“This is a family favorite now. The chicken is always hot, well seasoned/sauced, and the fries are bomb. You need to try the spicy galbi chicken and the mala chicken. Or if you don't want heat, their classic chicken is so crisp and moist - an excellent product. And don't skip the sides. The fries have such good crisp and texture, the tteokbeoki is so chewy. We usually do take out, order it online, and the time estimates are always spot on so we have never had a problem with cold food or things sitting too long. Highly recommend this place.“
“Amazing flavor from the chicken and pork. Friendly service. Small parking lot. They had a news channel playing on a T.V.. Owner was super friendly and happy that I stopped by. Chicken was tender, and teriyaki sauce had a nice sweetness to it that cuts through the chicken and pork really well. Rice was cooked well. Green onion was crisp. If I'm in the area, I would stop by again.“
“I recently dined at Dada Shabu Shabu and it was nothing short of amazing. The cozy atmosphere paired with exceptional shabu shabu, where the broth and fresh ingredients did all the talking, made my meal memorable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness added to the experience, making me feel right at home. This place is a true hidden gem that I can’t recommend enough!“
“Probably one of the best chicken that I’ve ever had. 100x better than wing stop or bww. Service is great and fast. I ate here 3 days in a row. The honey garlic is beyond finger licking good. Also they give complimentary pickle radish that is mouth watering. Amazing and delicious flavors.“
“My firm has been a tenant here for several years and in two different suites. Office rent and ancillary costs are very reasonable, leasing office staff is always helpful and accommodating, and any needed repairs are addressed promptly. 10/10 would highly recommend!“
“No mames this is spicer than expected. Rice cakes are amazing but damn that’s no Korean chili sauce it’s legit Mexican spice level; just to start the “mild” level sauce was as spicy as a good agua chile sauce back in town. Amazing little place but be careful if you’re not a fan of “
“Food: we ordered the combo nangmyeon + galbi for $30 and the jjajangmyun for $15. Both were absolutely scrumptious! The galbi was fatty if you like that. The moon nangmyeon comes with quite a large dollop of spicy sauce so if you don’t tolerate spice well like me, as for that to be excluded in advance.Service: there were two lady servers who were both very helpful and pleasant. They helped guide our selection.Atmosphere: the facilities were clean and pleasant.“
“This is one of my favorite places to stop in Fullerton whenever I’m passing through LA sometimes I will detour out of my way just to stop here.If you’re lucky, you can park on the street but if not, there’s a parking structure across the street with lots of parking. You have to walk down the alley to get to the location which can be kind confusing because sometimes Google maps leads you wrong. When you arrive it’s seat yourself, but sometimes they will help you choose a table if it’s a little bit busier. My favorite dish is the RBK, which is Ramen with the sauce and flavor of dukbokki. The meat is always good and they give you two halved eggs. It’s very spicy and I usually can only eat half which leaves me with leftovers. The soy garlic wings are really good as well as the K-pop tacos. They’re jiggae isn’t something crazy good but it’s still pretty delicious. The only issue I’ve had here is the maybe 10 times I’ve been there is one waitress who doesn’t like to write down any orders and when I went last time, she tried to memorize our order which was only two things and she got them all wrong. I was given Seoul Ramen instead of the Ramen bokki and she added cheese to my already wrong Ramen order when it was supposed to go on the dukbokki dish. They let me keep the Ramen and made my actual order, but it was about another 10 minutes of waiting.Other than that, it’s a great place. You can also order pick up and it’s been very good that way too. I just prefer to eat in if I can.“
“A very authentic Korean restaurant in the United States..Located next to H mart! Every time I pass by, I see a lot of people!I went there specifically at noon today to put on the waiting list. I was seated in less than 10 minutes. The staff in the restaurant were very enthusiastic and took good care of me!We ordered many dishes…❤️Bibimbap+BeefThe sauce for bibimbap is separated, so we can add it ourselves! This is very considerate. You can decide whether it is salty or not. The beef part is very tender. Some of the ones added to the stone pot may become too old, but theirs will not and the marinade is very delicious!❤️Seafood Silky TofuThe eggs in the tofu hot pot are put in after being served. The soup is very fresh and the tofu is very tender! Paired with hot half-boiled eggs~it feels great!❤️Roast BeefThe roast beef is just like the beef in bibimbap, it's really tender and it's really great when paired with rice.❤️Fried yellow croakerIn fact, the small fish that comes with the meal is more delicious, but this one is still fried very well ~ the fish is very tender!❤️Seafood pancakesIt's great to be able to eat seafood pancakes like this in the United States. It's a very authentic seafood pancake. Except that the amount of seafood is slightly less... the taste is really great! If you have the opportunity to come back, you can really come here when you miss Korean food~ I think it is a good choice when you miss Korean food while living in the United States!“
“They Finally opened one closer to me. I've made the drive to ktown to CHD but Im in SD Thankfully i can make the drive up almost every weekend to OC for some of this good stuff. Love your dumplings and soups. Also great to be able to pickup frozen packs to take home and cook“
“Came here for lunch special with my dad. Only one order allowed per person for $11.92 each. We got the spicy story fried pork and the seafood tofu. Both were excellent and quite spicy!! The waitress working there was the nicest person ever. Like over the top service and quality. Very clean and empty when we came during opening hours.“
“Awesome ambiance and great hospitality, stopped by with a few coworkers for some drinks and was very happy I did . Food and drinks are amazing . This place exceeded my expectations and every staff member is so kind , really recommend coming here you won't be disappointed!“
“Great selection of different dishes. Good tasting food. Good portion size to price ratio. It would be beneficial if the menu had descriptions though2nd visit:Great service. They gave us a basket of fries on the house. The large fried chicken basket is expensive but huge. Easily enough for two or three people“
“We were craving Korean soup and we're happy to find this place on Yelp. Got the galbi tang and spicy soondae soup. The galbi tang comes with a good amount of meat and the broth is light yet flavorful. The spicy soondae soup had a nice kick to it and contained a bunch of meat and soondae in the soup. The radish kimchi side dish was one of the best I've eaten as well. Service was attentive and the food came out quickly too. Would 100% come back!“
“We're from Chicago and was staying at a hotel nearby. We ordered pork bbq and bulgogi, both were excellent choices. It's great to have both available to order from the same store. My only wish is if they could add noodles to their menu like japchae or pancit.“
“Amazing ? ?We went on a rainy day, and I craved heartwarming food. The service here was supper friendly. We were standing outside, trying to figure out what they sold. The guy came out with the menu. He also helped us order. We have the pork belly and beef noodles. Both were very tasty and not dealy spicy. Kimchi is 10 out of 10 ? The restaurant is full of Kpop atmosphere. They really fulfill my craving after watching k drama.“
“It was the neon corn dog sign that got me! I'm honestly not a big mochi doughnut guy, but the family likes them. The Wife and Boy liked the churro and Nutella doughnuts and thought the matcha was ok. (Shout out to the staff, btw, who told us they were bringing out a fresh batch of matcha when we saw it was sold out.) Ok, so the corn dogs! I got the ramen combo (hot dog+cheese). Oh, it was so crunchy and good with the crushed ramen! And they use beef hotdogs, not the cheap stuff. The Boy tried the potato one, and he also loved it. The crunchy potato bits around it, so good. I think what makes the batter work so nicely is that the mochi consistency holds ramen or the potato (or whatever you choose) together very well. If you haven't tried it but were curious, I highly recommend it! The next day, I got the hazelnut iced coffee to get my morning started, also awesome!!“
“For a low price Korean bowl, flame broiler is a good value. The person taking the order is always super nice. They have not messed up on my food once which is amazing. I order here a lot when I'm in a hurry. They also have food specials if you buy several bowls.Vegetarian options: Tofu, vegetables, rice“
“Went and got a Korean style lunch, the gochujjang pork rice bowl. It's was fine. Nothing special and very pricy for what it was. When I got there it was empty but it filled up quickly with blizzard employees. There are Korean side dishes that look homemade in the refrigerators for sale. I thought they were expensive too but ymmv.“
“Finally gluten free Korean fried chicken!!! My kids are gluten free and never got to taste Korean fried chicken. Last week they finally got to taste their first gluten free Korean fried chicken(KFC) and now they're in Love!!! This place has become our saturday night staple!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“I live very close to this restaurant and occasionally I get a hankering for some good sushi. I do like how fresh their sushi is and it tastes pretty clean to me. I usually do takeout and it's ready in 10 or 15 minutes. I think this restaurant does a good business, especially on the takeout and while the Atmosphere is a little cold, I've even eaten here before but it is small. They do, however, have s sushi bar.“
“After visiting the wine bar, we ventured to this restaurant for the first time. Nestled in downtown Fullerton, it's just a short walk from Twisted Vine, where we initially gathered with old friends from Southern California. Eager to continue our conversation in a Korean-style setting, we opted for beer and Korean appetizers. A pitcher of Asahi beer accompanied by Salt & Pepper deep-fried pork (돼지 탕수육) and Wontons with Chili Sauce hit the spot, all recommended by our friendly waiter. Despite the slight chill on the outside patio, they promptly turned on the heater for us, ensuring our comfort as we savored the atmosphere, cuisine, and service during our 40 years of friendship celebration.“
“THAT FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Good price, sweetest owners ever! Gave us a bunch of extra things. My new go to spot!! Also incredible pre-pandemic style prices!!! Sitting there eating that delicious food was so peaceful and made my whole Wednesday HUGE PORTIONS!!!“
“Kyodong Noodles is a gem in the food court, offering superb noodles in a clean, inviting space. The noodles are flavorful and cooked to perfection, catering to all tastes with options like ramen, udon, and soba. Despite difficulties hearing order numbers in the bustling environment, the dining experience is unforgettable. While prices may seem a bit high for a food court, the quality justifies it. Overall, Kyodong Noodles is a must-visit for noodle lovers seeking a satisfying meal.“
“I've visited Zip Korean bbq several times now, whether with my boyfriend or family, and each visit has been consistently great. Atmosphere is good and the service is excellent. The quality of the meats and food is always delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great ayce spot.“
