The Baby back Ribs are the best in the world! They are beyond tender and the meat peels right off the bone. Their custom BBQ sauce is beyond delicious. I have been enjoying these ribs since they opened in 1984 as a 1 year old with my parents. I will be a lifelong customer!!
I've been to Newport Rib many times. As always, Food was great. However, service was the worst I've ever experienced there. Server keep forgetting things including a 2nd drink which was still on the bill. I don't recall ever seeing her before, but she mentioned she had worked at another restaurant before joining Newport Rib. Hoping next time I visit NR for the great food yhat the service will be much better.

I love the beef ribs here! All the meats are cooked excellent, I’m just not a huge fan of loads of BBQ sauce on my meat! Maybe I just need to ask for it on the side!The mashed potatoes are ridiculously good, the coleslaw, and sweet potatoes came in at a strong second place on flavor. Mac and cheese is ok and so are the roasted veggies.Overall if you want some yummy cuts of meat for a really reasonable price for tons of food, this is the place!
