“Old classic American steakhouse. Bartenders are outstanding and pour a good drink not your standard 1 oz. . The Owners Jeff and Steve have greatly improved the place the last several years. I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F. I'm just another happy customer that has been coming in for years.“

“Went for lunch with reservation. Server was attentive, knowledgeable on menu and friendly. Everything came out timely from appetizers, to main course, but desert seemed to take a little longer. Shared PESTO CHICKEN AND FRESH MOZZARELLA FLATBREAD, PHILLY CHEESESTEAK FLATBREAD & CHARCUTERIE BOARD. I didn't try charcuterie which looked good, flat read was good but not to die for. Main course had the BRICK-OVEN ROASTED CHILEAN SEA BASS which was also very good, cooked excellent and left me satisfied but not full. Moved on to desert and couldn't decide on KEY LIME PIE (1 MINI) & BLUEBERRY AND LEMON (1 MINI) so got both - have to say I was surprised the key lime pie was not tart enough for liking and the pie crust crumbles fell as I scooped out of the dish with my spoon, the blueberry and lemon was excellent and highly recommended! I would return to this location for lunch or dinner, would love to have had a drink during happy hour to complement the meal.“

“This is THE BEST fine dining steakhouse in North OC with a vibrant, classy atmosphere. From the steaks and seafood to the cocktails and old-fashioneds… everything is amazing. We’ve been patrons since it opened and would even order takeout (even old-fashioneds to go!) during the pandemic. A splurge but absolutely worth it.“

“Incredible flavors that are well balanced. Nothing was too sweet or salty. I'm amazed that I enjoyed every dish, and it surpassed my expectations despite reading mixed reviews. It's been a while since I had dishes at this caliber and quality. It's better than a good amount of restaurants in LA.
Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. Due to the holiday weekend and it being a Friday in a business area, it was fairly quiet. We decided to celebrate my birthday because the menu intrigued me. I liked the idea of modern cuisine influenced by SE Asian flavor and was curious to see how everything would be. We shared the scallop crudo, salmon crudo, sausage croquettes, Spanish octopus, wagyu hanger steak, broccoli & greens, and mixed mushrooms. Portion sizes are more generous than I thought too so we ended up taking ~1/3 of it home.
We shared the warm chocolate cake dessert which was rich with chocolate flavor, and they gave a pound cake berry & whipped cream dessert on the house for my birthday which was very kind. Seriously, kudos to Chef Jay Lacuesta and the team! I haven't found a nicer restaurant in OC that I want to go back to, and I've now found it! I'm so glad that I chose to celebrate my birthday there. Thank you!!
PS: park at the Centerpoint parking garage and get your ticket validated. They also have valet if you prefer, just pull right up to front of the restaurant.“

“Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I had menu questions they were happy to clarify. They have a QR code with a picture menu. Their rice bowls are only served at lunch and we are already planning our next trip back to try them.“

“Service was not up to par for what I'd expect at this place. Waitress missed one of our sides and never came back to see how our food was.
8/30/26 - update. Went back today and Jared was our waiter who was excellent. We had a great ribeye and Sea Bass. Had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer.“

“Attended a Tasting featuring Chandon. Little early so stopped at bar and enjoyed a perfectly executed Old Fashioned.The dishes served were Watermelon Salad which was refreshing. Lobster which stole the show which is saying a lot because the next dish was their Blue Cheese crusted Filet Mignon. With sides of Broccoli and a Potato dish. The Filet was as always amazing and perfectly prepared. Then dessert,not my cup of tea. A very sweet slice of cake ,me not being a sweets fan . Not the best judge. The pairing done by Melchor were spot on. He himself was a great MC. Very informative with each course explaining both food and champagne and the components of each. Have been to multiple events both Anaheim and Irvine locally and across US . This was one of favorites.“

“Really enjoyed our dinner here. The tableside grilling service made the whole experience so much more relaxing—we could just enjoy the food and conversation without worrying about cooking the meat.
The Beef Combo L and pork belly were both excellent. The meat quality was great, and everything was cooked perfectly by the staff. Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, and a place I’d happily come back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Korean BBQ spot in Irvine.“

“Due to a change in distributers, the food choices were very limited. That had never happened before. The only meat choices were sirloin steak and salmon. Hope they get that all straightened out because Black Angus is a place we like to frequent.“

“Our favorite steak house, we come here at least twice a month. Great food, friendly service, and hard to find value. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program, you get points every time you dine, and I personally get free meal every 3~4 visits. Customers for life!“

“Ambiance is a lot more tamed then Orange Hills restaurant "next door" so if you prefer a chill and quiet setting Orange Mining Co is the spot. The value was great cause I went during their Prime Rib special which was only $85 for 2 Dinners! So you cant beat that! As for taste/quality of food Ive had better at other steakhouses. But for the value you get here, one cannot complain.“
