This is a 2 part rating. I went in today and picked up day 1 of my 3-day nutrition plan. The wonderful woman who walked me through the process and my order was amazing and answered all of my questions and asked me questions to understand my goals. What came out of that was a modified selection (non-dairy). This is supposed to help me drop 7 pounds in 3 days, but honestly, I'd be thrilled with 3 pounds. I'll do a follow-up results review.
