The Velvet Martini Lounge Reviews
Love Vitellos, feels like an awesome local secret, while being a classic la restaurant at the same time. Great food, amazing staff and fun night out. They always seem to find a way to connect to the neighborhood in new and interesting ways as well.
The food here is mediocre. There are many other Italian restaurants in the area with much better food at the same or lower prices. It's the jazz singing that gives it a lovely atmosphere. So don't go for the food but the experience. Reservations required!

The Velvet Martini Lounge offers fantastic service, amazing food, and incredible drinks in a lovely ambiance with live jazz music and karaoke. It is perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends. The menu includes dishes like the TV Dinner, vegan risotto, and tiramisu, with accommodating options for dietary restrictions. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, including karaoke every Thursday from 7–10 PM, and weekly pop artist showcases featuring amazing performers, adding to the mid-century lounge feel. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience.
The lounge has intimate vibes with nice booths, private tables for two with curtains, and solid wood tables for larger parties. It is tastefully decorated with faux-windows that create a speakeasy atmosphere, making it feel like a cool lounge, not just a restaurant. Live music features original musicians and locals, while the cocktails are creative, and the wine list is good. Although the menu can be a bit expensive for what you get, the overall experience is enjoyable.
The owner personally checks in with guests, and the service is pleasant. With great vibes and a mix of upscale and casual, this spot is a must-visit for an enjoyable evening out, making it perfect for birthdays or a night out with friends.
