Decided to have breakfast in the area and I Looked up a couple spots around me. Found a lot of interesting one but Jumpin Java grabbed my attention. It's located Right on Ventura, cute outside and indoor seating, feel good oldies tunes playing in the speakers. All the staff here are really nice and super attentive. This place is a neighborhood GEM. The food is always delicious, and tastes like homemade with love. All the pancakes, omelettes, and the French toast options are to die for. The place is a best kept secret, with some indoor and outdoor seating. They also have take-out options. All of the staff are friendly and available to help (even when they are short on hands).
