This Starbucks was a KFC before so it never had a drive through line that blocked the driveway, but now that it's a Starbucks, it's a hassle to get to-through. Even parking to go inside is weird because this shopping center is on a weird slope and this Starbucks is in its own enclave. If you have a nice car and don't want to get a dent or scratch, don't go here. There's so many instances where your car can get dinged here, I would not risk it. Price of coffee goes up and service goes down. No paper towels to dry your hands in bathrooms. Ample parking. Friendly service. Clean facility. Ample parking. Unusual for Ventura Boulevard. Starbucks isn't what it used to be.

This place can be a hit a miss unfortunately. I don’t go often due to the continued issues I’ve had with my cup not being even close to the top.
