“I loved the atmosphere, and the service was great, liked the entertainment.But the food was terrible….I called the manager the next day and started with , how great the service was, liked the entertainment but when I told her that the food wasn’t good she got defensive and said I was the only person who didn’t liked the food, we were party of 4 and we ordered different dishes but none of us liked our choices…I didn’t wanted to write a review, that’s why I called first … I believe constructive criticism makes a difference but she wasn’t interested .She apologized though but I didn’t wanted an apology just to give the my honest opinion!“
“Staff are always friendly, food is so good..very fresh. Was surprised to find they are an expanding chain! Food quality is way better than what you would expect from a chain, this is more like a local best-kept-secret spot. Wish them all the luck and keep serving that good good!“

“Today I tried Lusy's for the first time and oh my goodness the food was so delicious and well seasoned. Gosh I wish I would have come here sooner. This is the best Mediterranean FOOD in the Valley hands down. I had the pork ribs with all salad because I am on Keto. The ribs were mouth watering DELICIOUS“
“You've got to try this new place. Outside balcony has great vibe with full bar, hookahs, and don't get me start on the food. There is DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. Inside you have the best middle eastern sofas and a great music. They have Iranian tradition dish called "dizi" on Sunday lunch time.You have free parking, an elevator to get to the second floor and the minute you get to the 2nd floor, you get greeted with a smile regardless of what time and what day. “Being from Chicago and living in California has been really hard to find pizza we like, this restaurant has amazing pizza. It's not Chicago style. “Amazing food, terrific and super friendly service. Pro-tip: Fridays and Saturdays the place features professional entertainment from headliners from the Middle East. The show starts at 9p, so nobody —and I mean NOBODY— shows up before 830p those evenings. Except us. Naively, we went there Saturday evening a bit after 730p. We were literally the first and only patrons in this cavernous venue. The place is large and not intimate. We initially thought the restaurant —which looks and occasionally operates as a dining hall— was booked for a private event later the evening. Wrong. The staff kindly humored us and prepared a feast. Around 830, folks started to appear. We had other commitments so unfortunately we had to leave before the entertainment started. We'll be back another weekend evening. At 9.“

It was incredibly delicious and satisfying, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice, kind, and friendly, making the night even more enjoyable. “Food here is fantastic. Ordered it once when we moved to the area and tried to order it 2 more times since then but they keep cancelling my Postmates/Grubhub. I went in to the store and they said they had to cancel my order (2 sandwiches) because they were too busy. If I can get them to take my order I will happily order again!“
