Great place. Portion sizes are undoubtedly unimportant in this case. The location alone is the reason I gave it four stars. The seats was one thing that I didn't find really appealing. Aside from that, the food and service were excellent. Don't be afraid to share their pancakes, waffles, or french toast if you visit!
Delicious! Got the Vanilla latte, Smore's Pleaze & Nookies steak fajitas burrito. Smores pleaze was delicious, not too sweet and fun textures. Steak fajitas burrito was tasty, it's a smaller burrito but juicy and full of flavor. Latte was fine. Plenty of tables inside + some outside. Staff was nice & prices are fair. It's tucked in the corner of a bug plaza with parking + street parking.

The wait was a little bit but it was worth it. I wish I'd have taken photos of everyone's breakfast! I ordered the French Omelet - egg whites, garlic, basil, zucchini, (no tomato) and boursin cheese with hash browns and English Muffin. Absolutely delicious ? Nice presentation and all items were fresh, served hot. The coffee was flavorful and also hot. I'd highly recommend and look forward to going back and trying something else.
