“The wait was a little bit but it was worth it. I wish I'd have taken photos of everyone's breakfast! I ordered the French Omelet - egg whites, garlic, basil, zucchini, (no tomato) and boursin cheese with hash browns and English Muffin. Absolutely delicious ? Nice presentation and all items were fresh, served hot. The coffee was flavorful and also hot. I'd highly recommend and look forward to going back and trying something else.“

“We started with milkshakes (one of which was the Vegan Cookies and Cream) and both tasted delicious. I was excited to find a place that offered a Dairy Free Milkshake option. For dinner we had the Fried Chicken and a Burger, both portions were plenty and very delicious. Waiter was friendly and informative. “I was having a pretty bad day and then me and some of my friends decided to make a trip down to the beach, my cousin Giovanni recommended this place and while hesitant we decided to give it a shot. Upon arrival we marveled at the glorious atmosphere. I ordered a grilled chicken melt which was fantastic, but the most glorious part of the night came when the lovely waitress offered if we wanted a slice of pie I was again hesitant as I have never tried a banana pie and wouldn't see myself enjoying it. As soon as it was brought out and I took a bite and I took a glance at my friend then my cousin and we all looked at each other in disbelief, we questioned ourselves but ultimately concluded that this was the best pie we had ever tried. The pie was so creamy and the bananas toppings and filling really brought it all together. The breading was like the Lord himself gave instructions on how to make it. In that moment when me and my companions glanced at each other I felt a sense of togetherness it brought me back to my childhood when my single mother would come home and bake me and my siblings a nice fresh pie. “Rae's is a blast from the past, an original 1950's tiny diner! Perfect for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants such as Mel's Diner. Presentation of food is not important here. They bring out the food fast! This is not a fancy diner, but rather a simple cozy local breakfast diner that has not changed much since the 1950s in decor.I had the Rae's Special Omelette which is chunks of chicken, onions zucchini and cheese. The omelette was a bit hard, not soft and fluffy, but it was tasty with the breakfast potatoes and toast. This was under $12.My friend ordered the 2 eggs, 2 sausage and biscuit. The gravy was an extra .69 cents. She enjoyed her meal.On Sunday around 10:30am, the wait for two was not bad at all. Service was good, service with a smile, even though they were short staffed. They all worked very hard.Restrooms are located from the outside patio. You will need to ask the staff for the code to unlock them.Park on the side streets. Read the parking signs carefully to avoid any parking tickets.“

Up there in status like Mel's Diner or Bob's Big Boy this little burger shop situated in a decomissioned train car has great food and an awesome setting to enioy it in. I have come here since I was a kid, I have seen alot change in the area and it is still around after all this time. They have got it down and I hope they will be around for my kids to experience!“

“I would say they have my favorite breakfast burrito in all of Beverly Hills. The name is a bit misleading though I would not call it a diner more so a Mexican restaurant that also has a few classic American breakfast combo dishes. It’s more designed to go, but there are tables inside, which is what I chose to do for breakfast this morning. Service was really quick and I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. They don’t have a parking lot but metered street parking is easy to find in this part of town.They have a very large menu with a lot of the classic Mexican dishes, but they are most well-known for their breakfast burritos. Being my first time I wanted to try that so I ordered the La Neta and Chori Burritos. Both were really great but La Neta was my favorite because crema and avocado are the secret combo to make any breakfast burrito a great one. I would recommend to anyone searching for a solid breakfast or lunch option in Beverly Hills.“

“Amazing and very good. We had been wanting to come here for a while and today after so many years living out here we finally decided to stop by. We were seated right away and they also accommodated our stroller. The host was super nice and kind and asked us for our drinks. Our server came by right away and asked if we were ready. She took our order and then refilled our coffees and water while we waited. The food came out in a timely manner and let me tell you it was sooo good. My hubby's sirloin dish was the bomb. The steak was juicy and tender and the Mexican potatoes were amazing. I had the hotcakes with bacon and eggs and added hashbrowns. It was so much food that I ended up taking two pancakes home. The portions are so big but it is worth every buck and not too pricey. I appreciated the great service we received from our server. I didn't get her name but I will for sure ask her next time . The inside is so cute reminds me of an old Italian restaurant and appreciate the stained glass. That is a beautiful piece of art that isn't so common anymore. Next time I will also try the chilaquiles.“

I'm from the Bay Area, and the place I'm at is in Beverly Hills and wow the food is amazing classic American, with a few exceptions to the rule like Teriyaki chicken bowl and Teriyaki Salmon bowls, Chinese Chicken Salads, and burritos! What! Yes! This is must place to visit while in LA hands down. If your from LA and don't know about this place, stop by and get to know it, it will be your new favorite place to eat!“

“This place has a great selection of breakfasts to choose from. Girlfriend had their scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes which was really good. They added cheese that topped it off perfectly. I had biscuits and gravy that was really good. Served with bacon that was amazing along with a couple over easy eggs. A really good meal for a good price.“

Cindy is so nice and knows basic Filipino conversation even though she's obviously not Filipino. Better prices than you'll get most places these days!Kid-friendliness: Kids menus/ activity sheets and crayons, special drink cups they can take home. Plenty of kid friendly food options. Would have liked some kind of built in fruit or vegetable option that wasn't instead of a "fun" side. The kids also love sitting on the "couches" in the booths.
