“My favorite type of no b.s. diner. No gimmicks, no show. Great food and cash only. The best places on earth are cash only. I get to sit there and roll my eyes as all the douchebags who start to fumble around when they realize they don’t have cash to pay for their food, pure entertainment.“

“The employees were friendly and the food was delicious. What I ordered was set number 4 and the sausage and cheese omelette, and the french fries and fried egg were good because they weren't overly seasoned. The taste of the $3.25 coffee reminds me more of Starbucks and less of Two Guns coffee shop. “Cute and vintage on the inside, too nice though to not sit on the sidewalk patio. Prices are steeper than indicated--$$-$$$. So much gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan selection though, and safely labeled. As in they seem to really understand cross contamination and not joist call something GF even though it then goes in the frier. Anyway, all day breakfast with both the enchiladas and juevos rancheros we're truly out of this world. The sauces, the fresh guac, cilantro, came out hot and so visually appealing I didn't stop to take a photo. Shakes were unbelievably creamy. Kids had what looked like the best burgers of their lives on fresh toasted rolls, thick melty cheese, and lacy crisp edges on the beef. The onion rings looked, sounded, and smelled amazing but I didn't eat one... gluten. Would absolutely come back, highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options, offered impossible to protein upgrade entries.Dietary restrictions: Seem to truly get cross contamination.“

“I LOVE THE VIBE OF THIS PLACE -- Old Fashioned. The customer service was real good too. When we walked in, we were greeted & told to sit wherever. The waiter answered the questions we had about the menu & then recommended a few things to us. We ended up getting the 2 things that he recommended -- The International Omelette & The Three Stooges. My fiance said the bacon was cooked perfectly unlike the bacon he had at Denny's. My daughter loved the Belgian waffle & ate the whole thing. My other daughter had the kids breakfast meal & she ate everything -- eggs, bacon, pancakes. I had the omelette & it was interesting how they put the regular square cheese on top of the finished omelette instead of putting shredded cheese on the inside. There was definitely a lot of meat in that omelette. However, I couldn't finish the hash browns because it did taste a little off for me, idk if it was because it was too oily. Also, when the other waitress gave our food, we were just sitting there waiting because there weren't enough forks so we had to ask for more when she came by but I like how she apologized. Another thing I liked is how we didn't have to wait for our check & how she dropped the check off to us when she saw we were almost finished & said "no rush. whenever you're ready." It made our time there go by smoothly because when having small children, you know how they get when they're done eating & just want to play around so you want to get out of there asap lol.“

“Saw the name and had to come in. This will be the third place named Snug Harbor I've been to! (Lakewood, California & Kearny, New Jersey if you are wondering). The place is really cool inside. Straight out of the 1940s, which is very cool.Okay, I started this review years ago and never finished my draft. I had an opportunity to come back today and am very happy that I did!Sergio took care of my drink order right away and with a smile. He definitely made me feel very welcome here. I started off with a Bacon Bloody Mary. Very tasty and you cannot go wrong with bacon.Delaney took care of my order and was fun to talk to as I had to share my Snug Harbor story with her!Food was delicious. I ordered the corned Beef Hash. The potatos were surprisingly flavorful, and the hash was done just right. Just a bit of salsa, which added some depth. The apricot jam was also great! If you have an opportunity to eat here, you should! Hopefully Delaney is working!“

“Rae's is a blast from the past, an original 1950's tiny diner! Perfect for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants such as Mel's Diner. Presentation of food is not important here. They bring out the food fast! This is not a fancy diner, but rather a simple cozy local breakfast diner that has not changed much since the 1950s in decor.I had the Rae's Special Omelette which is chunks of chicken, onions zucchini and cheese. The omelette was a bit hard, not soft and fluffy, but it was tasty with the breakfast potatoes and toast. This was under $12.My friend ordered the 2 eggs, 2 sausage and biscuit. The gravy was an extra .69 cents. She enjoyed her meal.On Sunday around 10:30am, the wait for two was not bad at all. Service was good, service with a smile, even though they were short staffed. They all worked very hard.Restrooms are located from the outside patio. You will need to ask the staff for the code to unlock them.Park on the side streets. Lately I've been getting the chiliquiles. I absolutely love them. I went yesterday and was told there's a new menu (photos included with new prices) and the chiliquiles now come with green sauce. Red sauce is not an option. I was so disappointed because I really wanted them and I do not like green sauce. Most places use the red sauce or at least give you the option of red or green. “I would say they have my favorite breakfast burrito in all of Beverly Hills. The name is a bit misleading though I would not call it a diner more so a Mexican restaurant that also has a few classic American breakfast combo dishes. It’s more designed to go, but there are tables inside, which is what I chose to do for breakfast this morning. Service was really quick and I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. They don’t have a parking lot but metered street parking is easy to find in this part of town. They have a very large menu with a lot of the classic Mexican dishes, but they are most well-known for their breakfast burritos. Being my first time I wanted to try that so I ordered the La Neta and Chori Burritos. Both were really great but La Neta was my favorite because crema and avocado are the secret combo to make any breakfast burrito a great one. I would recommend to anyone searching for a solid breakfast or lunch option in Beverly Hills.“

“This is your typical coffee shop with decent food. Enjoyed the burger with seasoned fries.I am concerned for the current and future employees as our dinner was delivered to our table by a robot. While it entertained the other dinners the future looks bleak as the need for human employees diminishes.“
