The pan has nailed all fundamentals in running a diner. Food is great, service is always great & coffee is top notch. I have tried the steak & eggs $(23)amazing, chicken & waffle $19 eh the chicken piece was small you’re better off with the AmazING BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN if you’re up to getting a little naughty , comes with a cornbread pancake under the meal so the tasty sauce is kinda making it all even better. The Pan is pretty small, so expect a wait. It is worth the wait though. We had the chilaquiles, peanut butter and chocolate pancakes, and the loaded hash brown. They were all delicious. I would say the hash brown was the star of the food though, it's a must try. The employees were all great. I would eat here again.Parking: Very small on site parking lot and street parking is hard to find.

Food was delicious! We were in the area running a quick errand. We Googled Brokaw place in the are and The Pan came up. Our 1st time being there and we were impressed by the great service. We would definitely be coming back.
