Meiji's Tofu is nothing short of miraculous. I not only eat tofu at least once (and often more than once) a day, but I even make my own tofu from organic, non GMO soy beans on a regular basis. Try as I might, my product doesn't hold a candle to this master of the craft and art of tofu making. This place have really fresh soy products. Everything is creamy and yummy. I also hear they use deep sea water to make the tofu, that's cool. The soymilk is $3 for the bottle. It is so creamy and thick. It comes unsweetened but kinda naturally sweet and savory...at the same time if that makes sense. The Kumidashi tofu here was amazing. I don't usually enjoy eating tofu but my wife loves it and we both agreed that this is the best tofu we have ever had. We will definitely be returning for more tofu.
