“Came here on Labor Day morning for breakfast. The place is nice and cozy inside. It was busy but I got seated quickly. The staff are friendly.
I ordered eggs, sausage and potatoes with whole wheat toast. The food came out at a pretty descent time. The food was good. It was breakfast, I didn’t order much. They do have a decent amount of stuff on the menu. Definitely will be back.“

“Great Home Style breakfast. The biscuits and gravy is really good, and my husband loves the steak burrito. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. A must try for breakfast. Remember though they only accept Cash but there is a ATM across the street at a Chase Bank.“

“this was my grandfather's favorite place for 40 years. grandma is British so thought the "chips" were really French fries! The family are scattered around the US, but always stop at Wendy's when they are in town. Can recommend this cafe if you are in the area.“

“At this cash only joint, the coffee refills are flowing, the staff is SO friendly, and Teddy himself can be found behind the counter every morning. This place is iconic and the food is fresh and delicious. Standouts are their huevos rancheros (delicious), hot cakes, chili omelette and tuna melt. They also bake all their baked goods fresh every morning. My favorite diner in LA!“

“I was very pleased with the restaurant's atmosphere, the staff's service, the prices, the menu, and the quality of the dishes. I was pleased that they offered smaller set meals than the standard menu. The meatloaf was delicious. The navel orange juice was also excellent. It was wonderful to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in Torrance, and this restaurant has become one of my favorites. I hope to return in the future.“

From the way we were GREETED, TREATED, & SERVED, to the way they’ve continued to treat our daughter like FAMILY since she’s arrived in Santa Monica. They’ve been nothing less than spectacular and are the epitome of what a True, neighborhood nostalgic 50’s diner encompasses. No other establishment has ever provided fun toys & items of entertainment while waiting for our food. We thank Benjamin for that! Victor the GM checked on our table and made sure Kim our waitress was taking care of us! Kim was a fantastic server and we never once waited for a refill on anything. “Was just acosted in a store at Westfield Culver City at on a Tuesday afternoon est. 3p; Stemmed over a minor misunderstanding involving a teen girl and a mirror that grew into a gang of teen girls, all dressed alike, hunting me down and threatening me. I had to be escorted to my car by security. I do hope Westfield Culver City is NOT becoming the gang infested den it was as Fox Hills mall. I will NOT be visiting Westfield Culver City/Fox Hills Mall anytime soon. I'll drive a little farther for a safer shopping option.“

“I got the luxe breakfast burrito. I had it about 6 or 7 years ago and don't remember it being as humongous and tasty as it was. 17 bucks and change after tax. Well worth it! I got about two thirds through it and had to ask for a to go container. Honestly the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. They have a wide menu of options. If you're in Westwood village DO NOT snooze on this place. Absolutely fantastic!“
