I honestly don't know why this particular location has so many terrible reviews. I ordered and paid off the app using a promo on 10/10/23 and my pick up time was 1710 hrs. I ordered a Footlong and chips. At 1710 hrs I picked up my order which was ready and was wished a good day by a young lady. At 1725 hrs I'm eating my spicy Italian exactly the way I ordered it, basically everything (extra lettuce), condiments on the bread/meat before veggies and halves wrapped individually....read full review
I believe today's climate there are many places without decent customer service. I'm giving them two stars because maybe the employee was just having a bad day. I ordered 5 subways and at times I felt as if she was yelling at me. I was ready to walk out but I felt bad as she was close to finishing my order. Just beware the older lady is very grumpy. I really didn't appreciate her tone of voice and I must admit I used the same tone with her. The food was normal nothing special...read full review

Great service at this location, they always get my mobile order right. I go to this Subway at least once a week and often notice the manager's active presence, which adds a sense of order and control to the environment.
