Great service at this location, they always get my mobile order right. I go to this Subway at least once a week and often notice the manager's active presence, which adds a sense of order and control to the environment.

I honestly don't know why this particular location has so many terrible reviews. I ordered and paid off the app using a promo on 10/10/23 and my pick up time was 1710 hrs. I ordered a Footlong and chips. At 1710 hrs I picked up my order which was ready and was wished a good day by a young lady. At 1725 hrs I'm eating my spicy Italian exactly the way I ordered it, basically everything (extra lettuce), condiments on the bread/meat before veggies and halves wrapped individually. Exactly the way I ordered it. The ingredients were fresh and it tasted good. It's a sandwich not beef Wellington. I've been here a few times and have not had to address unprofessional behavior (because I would in a heartbeat), missing or old ingredients. I'm thinking people should try and order off the app.

I believe today's climate there are many places without decent customer service. I'm giving them two stars because maybe the employee was just having a bad day. I ordered 5 subways and at times I felt as if she was yelling at me. I was ready to walk out but I felt bad as she was close to finishing my order. Just beware the older lady is very grumpy. I really didn't appreciate her tone of voice and I must admit I used the same tone with her. The food was normal nothing special or out of the ordinary therefore they have 2 stars raiding from me. Based on all the other reviews it's the same lady

They say close at 9pm but 10 minutes early its closed already..
I didnt give a 5 star because I ordered through the app and in my sandwich special notes I asked for extra extra vegetable toppings and the ones I asked for were very little. I got the new garlic chicken sub! It was very good just I like mine with a lot of veggies! Like a lot! But other than that it was very tasty!

Only had one employee working. Waited 25min to order but worst part is they won't honor any coupons because they are not franchise. Something like that the girl said. Is this something normals. Why do they run a business under the subway's name but not want to be affiliated with them.

The Manager is rude and the staff got my order completely wrong, they refuse to issue me a refund unless I brought them my trash this makes no sense at all. AWFUL SERVICE.
