I placed an order for a simple sandwich an hour ahead, hoping for a quick pickup during my lunch break. Unfortunately, my order was placed in a generalized pickup area, and someone else took it. It would be beneficial if they had someone overseeing the pickup area to ensure orders are not picked up by random strangers or individuals who didn't even place an order, preventing such inconveniences. Improved order organization would greatly enhance the customer experience.
Mendocino Farms always has high quality food and this time it did not disappoint! I wanted to particularly write a review because of the exceptional service that was provided by Don and Yosef. We were dining here as part of a work event meeting quite a few clients for lunches. Don organized the Mendo team and helped us get over 12 orders to be placed and brought out at different times over a 4 hour period. Went to this location for the first time the other day and let me tell you this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Mendocino Farms. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the front doors and walked through the menu by Don. I went with the Not So Fried and a side of the famous curried cous cous.
