The dumplings were very good and the noodles and bok choy were decent. I would come back for dumplings but would pass on the noodles. If you crave dim sum, this place will satisfy your craving but dont expect much from the noodles. Noodles were thick and chewy with a gravy like sauce. Homemade noodles but not the best.“

Each wonton comes with generous amount of shrimp in it and they're so juicy they squirted when I bit into them! The outside is thin and crispy, and the red ou drizzled on top is flavorful and aromatic. The chive dumplings are solid too. The soup dumplings however disappoint. Their skin is too thick and lack chewiness. Also it's a red flag that they come in tin foil cups. The service is ok and the ambiance is honestly bad because they're all outdoor seating right next to the roadside without any decoration. I think the items are slightly overpriced considering that they all come in plastic containers and disposable utensils and packet dressing.“

With Chinese food, I often find myself feeling like I’m eating a lot of fatty chunks of meat & it could taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. This is certainly NOT the case at Ping Pong. They’re food always tastes so good! They clearly use the finest quality of ingredients and serve by far the absolute most freshly made dishes. They are definitely best Chinese food place I’ve ever ordered from. I must mention though, they are a bit pricier than my others. Personally, I think it’s well worth it. This place does Chinese food the right way, authentically and super fresh! It's a little bit more upscale/pricier than your local Chinese takeout spots--but the price you pay is absolutely reflected in the quality of the food. I love that it's also family-owned, and the servers actually speak Chinese (and obviously, English)--which is important to me. I came here on Lunar New Year once as I was feeling home sick, and was so touched at their good mood, and accommodation. They ended up sending me home with a complimentary quart of soup, which was so kind! My usual orders are Yang Chow Fried Rice, Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, Bamboo Chicken, Beef & Broccoli--but truly everything I've had here is delicious and authentic. For soup, it would be miso soup, egg drop soup, wonton soup, and the beef noodle soup. If you looking for a crispy snack i would say the cheese wontons. They're super crispy and flavorful. The cheese is warm and melts inside your mouth. I would say the best combo would be steamed rice , shrimp and veggies, with teriyaki chicken. The chili oil makes everything taste 10x better!
