“Few months ago when I was at work nearby. I checked Google maps to decide what I was going to have for lunch, after checking some places and reading some reviews I decided to have some Chinese food. I honestly love when the restaurants have a lunch special. Once I got here since it was my 1st time I was a bit confused about parking, but his restaurant is located along the main street but there is a rear parking, plenty of space. Once inside the workers are very friendly and welcoming. The place is gorgeous, I wish I could have sat down and enjoy my meal there. I had some meat with mix veggies and steamed rice, so good. Maybe next time if I'm around I'll eat right on the spot. This is a place anyone should try“

“We walked up and weren't sure if the place was open, but luckily some other patrons walked up at the same time so we followed them in. So glad we did! This is one of those Chinese places that opened when Adam was a lad and hasn't changed its approach since. The carpet looked original (and therefore quite worn, but that is literally the only thing I would change if I bought the place. I'd pay the chef whatever they wanted to stay, keep the service staff, keep the decor, and above all else, keep the menu. Traditional Chinese-American restaurant menu (quite long but mostly just variations on the same dozen recipes, swapping out proteins), but extremely well executed. “Saturday at noon. All the stars aligned. Found parking right in front. Minimal wait for a table of 6. By the tine the rest of our party arrived they were ready to seat us. Afterwards we walked around 99 ranch next door to burn off some of the food.

“I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and a big part of that was Jessie. He’s honestly dope, he really goes out of his way to make sure customers feel respected and valued. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people coming in.

One thing that stood out to me is how he remembers returning customers and even pays attention to their favorite orders. That level of attention and consistency is rare, and I respect that a lot.

On top of that, the whole staff, waiters and waitresses, are very respectful, friendly, and helpful. They make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

We can order one meal (noodles w/two entrees) for $13 and it will feed the both of us with a little leftover for a small lunch the next day. “We’ve been coming to Green Apple Bistro since before my grandkids were born, and now they’re already 9 years old—that’s how long this place has been part of our family tradition.

The food is consistently great, and the service is always excellent. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is Eddy, who always gives us the best service. “I used to come here years ago. I worked basically a few doors down at the Dispensary. I haven’t been around in years but I was over in the area and I stopped by. The stand out here is the Spicy Orange Chicken!!! It was perfectly fried and the jalapeños were the perfect complement. The noodles had a great chew to them and my two other sides had a lot of flavor. I went with teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken.
There are chili oils on the counter and sriracha to take to your table. This is one of the hole in the wall places that I love.“

“We’ve been to Dan Modern Chinese a few times now, and it’s been consistently great every single visit—which is why we keep coming back.

We usually go for the Dan Mein with short rib (still a favorite!), but this was our first time doing takeout and trying the Dan Mein with shrimp—and it did not disappoint. The noodles were still perfectly cooked, the shrimp were plump and flavorful, and everything held up really well even to-go.

We also ordered the Mapo Tofu with pork, which was just as good as we remembered—rich, silky, and packed with that signature spicy, numbing kick. And the spicy oxtail noodle soup was a standout again, with deep, bold flavors and incredibly tender meat.

We added some steamed dumplings and xiao long bao too, and they were a great addition—fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. Even as takeout, they held up nicely and rounded out the meal perfectly.

Overall, whether dining in or ordering out, Dan Modern Chinese continues to impress with its consistency, quality, and bold flavors. Already looking forward to our next visit!“

I remember they used to have good chicken wings. I haven't been here since then untill today, and I won't be here maybe for years atleast since I eat almost everywhere.

By the way... if you're on a budget, this place is a good place to eat. Their portion is generous and the foods are good. The Chinese lady who take your orders, scoop the foods, and charge you on the register has been very nice everytime I visit this place, doesn't matter how long she hasn't seen me, she's always kind.“

Black pepper beef had lots of vegetables and would have preferred more beef, flavor was good but could have been more peppery. Xo sauce string beans didn’t have much flavor, but I tasted the sauce in the bottom of the container and it was good so maybe the beans need to marinate more. The food options are extensive and everything is delicious. We always eat family style.
If you go for the lunch specials, stay for the soup, even on a hot 🔥 day. You can't go wrong with any of the options.
The broccoli 🥦 beef is one of my favorites as is the sweet and sour chicken 🐔. All of the vegetables are crisp and crunchy.“
