“This was our final stop after a long day of running errands, and the family was very hungry. We walked in close to 8:25, and the place closed at 9:00, so I figured dining in would not be an option. To my surprise, Mark, the manager, was very welcoming and gave us the go for dining in despite it being closing time. I know from experience that most places will not accommodate dine-in even an hour before closing. This was definitely a nice gesture on behalf of Mark!We ordered the "serves 4-5" family meal and upgraded a couple of sides for just a dollar or two. Our order was ready within minutes and the portions and quality of the food did not disappoint! All in all I give this place 5 stars! Good service, friendly staff, and very clean atmosphere. They are very kind and considerate, and very willing to accommodate large groups, or an occasional special request, etc. We've had several larger groups events catered by them as well and they are terrific to work with about these. Just got the standards to get an idea but so far the family approves. Kids DEVOURED combination chow mein, they're hard to please. Other dishes orange chicken, black pepper beef, and egg rolls. Everything was tasty, not overly greasy, hot and fresh on arrival. Beef was very tender and chicken pieces were a little on the small side but actually white meat and NO gristle at all. Decent amount of shrimp in the combination chow mein, overall meat level was above average. Showed up slightly earlier than promised, friendly driver, can't wait to try other dishes.“

They always went significantly out of their way for me…often even delivering me my food after hours! Beyond just the fabulous service, the quality of the food is absolutely outstanding. With Chinese food, I often find myself feeling like I’m eating a lot of fatty chunks of meat & it could taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. This is certainly NOT the case at Ping Pong. They’re food always tastes so good! They clearly use the finest quality of ingredients and serve by far the absolute most freshly made dishes. They are definitely best Chinese food place I’ve ever ordered from. I must mention though, they are a bit pricier than my others. Personally, I think it’s well worth it. I moved here from having spent my entire life being surrounded by good Chinese food, and I was depressed at the lack of options. Until I found Bamboo Cuisine. This place does Chinese food the right way, authentically and super fresh! It's a little bit more upscale/pricier than your local Chinese takeout spots--but the price you pay is absolutely reflected in the quality of the food. I love that it's also family-owned, and the servers actually speak Chinese (and obviously, English)--which is important to me. I came here on Lunar New Year once as I was feeling home sick, and was so touched at their good mood, and accommodation. They ended up sending me home with a complimentary quart of soup, which was so kind! My usual orders are Yang Chow Fried Rice, Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, Bamboo Chicken, Beef & Broccoli--but truly everything I've had here is delicious and authentic.
