“Been coming here for as long as I can remember - I suppose as long as this iteration has existed. The H.Way Frontier is a place you’re introduced to early on if you’re below the line film crew in Burbank running with a rigging or art dept./set Dec crew. This storefront carries on the tradition as I’ll often bump into fellow industry crew here.
All that stuff is well and good but the real reason we congregate here is THE FOOD. There are other good Chinese restaurants in LA but this place to me is by far the best. Consistently wonderful, delicious, very good portion sizes and a nice menu variety. It’s quick (15 minutes or less) and the lunch specials are a great deal. I’m not usually this gushy about anything but Frontier Wok Too deserves every bit of praise I can throw at it. If my family is in the mood for Chinese Food there’s only one choice for us and that is right here. With no traffic it’s still a 20 minute drive one way but it’s worth every minute once we’re sitting down to eat it. You can’t go wrong at Frontier Wok Too. If you haven’t tried it you simply must and you can be the judge.“

“We walked up and weren't sure if the place was open, but luckily some other patrons walked up at the same time so we followed them in. So glad we did! This is one of those Chinese places that opened when Adam was a lad and hasn't changed its approach since. The carpet looked original (and therefore quite worn, but that is literally the only thing I would change if I bought the place. I'd pay the chef whatever they wanted to stay, keep the service staff, keep the decor, and above all else, keep the menu. Traditional Chinese-American restaurant menu (quite long but mostly just variations on the same dozen recipes, swapping out proteins), but extremely well executed. We are new residents of the Valley and we will be regulars here.“

Went here with my kid and my mom last weekend. My eyes were bigger than my stomach as I proceeded to order more food than needed. We ordered a Mapo Tofu, a Juicy Pork Dumpling, a Pork Wonton in Spicy Sauce, a Green Onion Pancake and their marquee dish, Chongqing Crispy Chicken. Without a doubt, each dish was fire, but the Pork Wonton in Spicy Sauce really blew my socks off. The flavor was on point, and it wasn't very spicy. While I like it spicy, I know a lot of people don't like it. So this dish is perfect for people who want to like it spicy, but can't quite handle it. We ordered two rices, but in retrospect we should have ordered three... The Mapo Tofu demands more rice.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were very polite and accomodating. For now I can honestly I have found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in the valley. I will continue to go back here any time I have a hankering for Chinese, which is not true, because I always have a hankering for Chinese. The restaurant is like 20+ minutes away from my house, so it just isn't practical, and it is a tad expensive to be doing that. I think we got out of there after tip around $90, but again, it was a lot of food, and I had enough leftovers for another lunch for two. Definitely check it out!“

“Few months ago when I was at work nearby. I checked Google maps to decide what I was going to have for lunch, after checking some places and reading some reviews I decided to have some Chinese food. I honestly love when the restaurants have a lunch special. Once I got here since it was my 1st time I was a bit confused about parking, but his restaurant is located along the main street but there is a rear parking, plenty of space. Once inside the workers are very friendly and welcoming. The place is gorgeous, I wish I could have sat down and enjoy my meal there. I had some meat with mix veggies and steamed rice, so good. “If you like Panda Express, this is the restaurant that started it all. Food is much better here, and there is a much larger selection than Express. Friendly staff, and great portions. You will not leave hungry.
From the wontons and paper chicken, to the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. We usually go with at least 5 of us, and 3 plates feeds us all. With a couple of apps, of course.

The BBQ Spare Ribs were incredibly tasty, and it was a thoughtful touch when our server brought over handi-wipes for our sticky hands. The Veggie Egg Rolls were nice, crunchy, and packed with flavor. “Saturday at noon. All the stars aligned. Found parking right in front. Minimal wait for a table of 6. By the tine the rest of our party arrived they were ready to seat us. Afterwards we walked around 99 ranch next door to burn off some of the food.

“Dined here around 3:30pm and it was empty, so great time to come! We ordered sweet & sour chicken, orange chicken, chicken chow mein, and Mongolian beef and all dishes were delicious! Portions are big (we all got small but we all had lots of leftovers).

They also have boba milk tea which was one of the best we've ever had. It wasn't too sweet and tasted like they actually used real tea. Perfect for a hot day.

“Wow, this place was good. Being located in the corner of a small strip mall, this is definitely a gem you would have a hard time stumbling upon by chance. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere really gave me the impression that this is a family-run operation that cares about quality. It's a small location, maybe 10 or 12 usable tables, but it was pretty empty even during dinner time on a Friday, so the food came out quickly, and it was some of the best Chinese food I've had in the Valley. I was here often around the end of 2019.
I remember they used to have good chicken wings. I haven't been here since then untill today, and I won't be here maybe for years atleast since I eat almost everywhere.

By the way... if you're on a budget, this place is a good place to eat. Their portion is generous and the foods are good. The Chinese lady who take your orders, scoop the foods, and charge you on the register has been very nice everytime I visit this place, doesn't matter how long she hasn't seen me, she's always kind.“

Jjampong was decent. I think it lacked a bit of depth for the flavor. Sad there was no shrimp or other seafood. Noodles were decent and had a decent bite. 7.8/10. Chicken wings were... sad. I dont know if there was a sauce shortage... but it should be more a few drops on there... 7.4/10. I would also like to recommend a no pork in the jjajangmyun option. I know its pre-made but it would be nice...“

The lettuce wrap filling was incredibly flavorful—I devoured it all in a matter of five minutes.
