This…THIS exceeded all expectations! I thought I was going to your typical middle eastern kabob place…but NO! The first thing that stood out was how Isaac (the owner) and his staff (I fear to call them that given, they felt like family) greeted us when we walked in (wow, wow, wow…as they say)! Arais Machane Yehuda LA offers an amazing experience with absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, fresh meat full of flavor. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff in a great atmosphere. The nicest owners provide incredible hospitality, making guests feel so welcome from the minute they step in. The best salads and insanely great eggplant and cauliflower appetizers stand out, with the eggplant and cauliflower taboon looking beautiful and tasting even better—extremely tender, flavored with great spices and sauce. Lamb and beef arais are incredibly juicy and seasoned great, with the salad serving as a great refresher. The staff feels like family, offering pointers on hot menu items like Belgian beer, Lamb Arais, Lachma Jun, chunky potato fries, and Dubai chocolates for dessert. The restaurant is all kosher, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with the World Cup on and great chats inside. The food is amazing with no complaints, exceeding all expectations. This is one of the best meat restaurants, highly recommended for anyone, and guests will definitely be back.
